Played w/the OG Tourna grip for many years & recently tried the Tourna Tuff & definitely prefer that one over the OG for better comfort & durability. Wilson Pro is my go to overgrip but I keep a 10 pack of Tourna Tuff in my bag too for hot weather conditions and/or just to vary otherwise sometimes as has comparable comfort (to Wilson Pro) imo.

Tourna’s new Tourna tuff is the best dry overgrip on the market by far 💪🏻

    Hey TW team,
Did i understand correctly that XL and XXL are slightly longer than the regular one? The regular one doesn't cover the whole handle of my racket, will XL do the job?
    Thanks for your awesome content!
    Cheers!

Not longer, however based on the dimensions it will make it cover a longer handle when you go to XL, and even more with XXL. The XL is wider cut than the original version, and XXL is even wider cut than the XL. So with the wider cuts there is more coverage of the handle as you wrap it, with each revolution up the handle. @@tenniswarehouse Oh that makes sense, thanks Troy! Btw i just switched to the Wilson shift 300g, playing with head lynx tour on the mains and yonex poly tour pro on the crosses at 23/22, with 2grams of lead tape at 12. This setup plays amazingly for me and i have come up with it thanks to the awesome content i seen from you guys.
      Keep up the great work!

I’m looking for a new racket and have nailed it down to these lot :
    Yonex Ezone 98
    Yonex Vcore 98
    Babolat Pure Aero
    Wilson Blade
    Wilson pro staff
    (Maybe other Wilson )
Which would you say is best for my style of play which is very briefly an agressive player that hits serves flat or with spin, backhands flat, for hands flat and with topspin, If I can’t finish the point quickly then I love to add slices to my game… I really like playing at the net to finish a point quickly. Overall I like playing all over the court.
Thanks for the help and great vid again

Based on your list of racquets, and the notes about your game/playing style, I am thinking all court player, some spin but also flat shots; probably a versatile racquet that works well for an all court game. The EZONE 98 is a great option for that, as well as the Blade 98 16x19. Pro Staff 97 is a good choice too, but maybe a little more demanding and not much help in terms of power, but it is pretty solid from all areas of the court, especially net and slice. If you were to go Pure Aero I would probably choose the Aero 98 as it has a bit more control and precision compared to the standard Aero 100. The VCORE 98 is not a bad option either, we are big fans of the update, however it is a bit more spin oriented for the baseliner, whereas the EZONE 98 is a bit more versatile for spin or flat hitters. We might also throw in the Prince ATS Tour 98 as one to consider. Troy, TW

Thanks for such a good reply!!
The Ezone was my initial idea..
      Didn’t know between 98 and 100 though.
Vcore I added cause I read good things about it.
Pure Aero I didn’t even know a 100 existed… also seems like a great racquet.
For the Wilsons I don’t really know much about so I just kind of threw them into the list 😅.
Would you recommend any maybe head racquets line the boom or any other. Or maybe even other makes like Technifibre or something else.
      Thanks again for advice

Sounds like you are narrowing it down to some good options. The VCORE line is pretty good especially this update so still definitely worth considering. There are a lot of really good options on the market, when it comes to head racquets, the Speed is very popular especially this current Auxetic edition. Depending on heavy you want to go, the Speed MP is more maneuverable and more spin friendly or the Speed Pro is more stable, more plow, a bit more control, but a little less maneuverable. The Radical MP is also a solid choice, as well as the Boom Pro. From Tecnifibre the TF40 305 16x19 is nice feeling racquet, somewhat similar to the Blade 98 16x19 in terms of performance, and the TFight ISO 305 is super solid feeling but not all that maneuverable. A few other I will mention are the Dunlop CX 200 or CX 400 Tour, Solinco Whiteout 305 18x20 or XTD 18x20, and Babolat Pure Strike 16x19. Troy, TW

@@tenniswarehouse yeah exactly I’m trying to narrow it down to maybe 6 that I’ll then play test…
About the head boom I’ve also heard great stuff and most of all how underrated it is…
Also heard great stuff about the technifibres…
But if you had to nail it down to around 6 racquets based of what you know about my play style what racquets would really come to mind ?
Thanks again for all the help.
Will definitely be buying whatever racquet I choose from Tennis Warehouse 🎾🎾🎾

Been using the Tournagrip XL for the last several years. They have really improved the durability compared to 10-20 years ago. Nothing else keeps the racquet from slipping out of this sweatbeast’s hands.

The og one is club fav. Wish grips and strings were biodegradable. Tried most of these but prefer Wilson. OG Tourna feels papery...and if it is more biodegradable I'd use it.
