This short film is a satire - making fun of the TSA. If you look carefully at the beginning the logo says “Department of Homestyle Security”.
Think of it like a comedy sketch from Saturday Night Live. Actually, I think this one pokes most fun at the passengers/society rather than the agents - notice how Daneel’s character is totally nonplussed with her… ehm, “examination”?

I have a bff who is a TSA agent. It is already 1 hell of a hard job that no one want's to do. You don't need to do confusing shorts like this that will give some disturbed fliers even more rage before boarding a plane.
