    Equipment List Ingredients
    • Large mixing bowl
    • Sieve
    • 100g sugar
    • 100g margarine
    • Bun tin
    • 2 eggs
    • Teaspoon
    • Plastic spatula
    • 100g self raising flour
    • 1tbsp cocoa powder
    • Cooling rack
    Method

    Preheat oven to 190°C
    Place paper cases into tin
    Place fat and sugar into the bowl and beat well until
    light and fluffy

    Add one egg and 1tbsp flour and stir until smooth
    Add the second egg and stir until smooth again
    Sieve in the remaining flour and fold gently to
    incorporate

    Divide HALF the mixture between the paper cases
    Sieve the cocoa powder into the remaining mixture, add
    1tbsp cold water and stir together

    Divide the mixture between the paper cases
    10. Use a teaspoon to swirl the two colours together to
    make a marbled pattern
    11. Bake for 15-20 minutes until risen, spring back when
    pressed gently and a skewer comes out clean. Place on
    a cooling rack
    12. Wash up and complete evaluation
