I'd say 99.9% not fake. The module 1275 came out in the 90s and was used on many models. I'm no expert on the 3298 module update changes but I do know the display is exactly the same. The "casio" display when button is pressed is a more recent thing. Your display and operation is precisely the same as my 3298 bought this year (2021). And that's through a magnifying glass! I have two F-105 watches, both bought used from E-bay. First is 1572 made in China, it is a lighter blue, it might be sun fade and is in very poor condition. Second is a 3298 made in Thailand, and is looks identical to the one you have shown. Neither displays Casio, but both are reliable and appear genuine. Fake Casios may often not keep time.

It's Real. Module is Casio. Thailand shows CASIo when pressing the 24/button. The older ones don't show it.

@@spasenikovski9204 One comment here says it's an early F91W from the 90's with the older module. Newer ones are made in Thailand.
@@WorldReviews so its possible that it isn't a fake. it also has the correct screws on the back where ot cam take a cross and a flat screwdriver
@@spasenikovski9204 It's possibly a genuine 105W you have. The F91W's is are more common as fakes.

I think I payed about 5 $ for it. I replaced the battery, sold it and got my money back.
