I still remember from back in the day that if you were to blow his head off WITHOUT killing him before he retreats to his barriers he’d go absolutely apeshit, sprint out of the barrier guns blazing, and would remain invulnerable until you synced the plates for his now abandoned barriers. Even as he was actively trying to pump bullets into you and pulp your body underfoot. Made nightfalls at his strike all sorts of hectic.
I thought I got away from this fucker when he was vaulted, then, as if to mock me, it came back several fold stronger than before to whoop my ass. I struggled against this boss as a new light, and now I get to struggle against it as a veteran. Glad to see some things never change, lmao.

As someone who just soloed legend Avalon
Holy shit is the final phase terrifying
Fr, like the final phase is the hardest out the whole mission
Remember the lake is not a metaphor

Probably one of if not the best instances of Guardian at 2:13
It gives me chills, it's so good.
my fav one by far although the stronger together from final shape also comea close
One of the best strike ever made. High octane action all the way down to the most fast paced boss of the game
Legend has it, that Asher said “impossible” 12 times in one sentence.
Hearing this whilst doing the Avalon mission for the first time made me really happy.
Easily one of the greatest Destiny tracks.
0:56 2:14 3:20
0:56 is so good
The strings at 2:45 and on always reminded me of the boss music in Spyro the Hero's Tail, which is one of the many reasons I liked this boss.
RIP this area, it was great.
YESSSSSSS THANK YOU BRESHI!!!
theme worth of a raid boss
