The jury heard the evidence, and have decided the facts. An appeal can change the interpretation of the law, it can alter the sentence. An appeal can't change the facts.

As a Republican, I find the position McCarthy and other officials are taking infuriating. Trump should have been shelved for good after the 2020 election cycle. Last thing I want to do is vote for Biden, but I’m not voting for Trump.
