Anyway, some of you may not know this song but its now an Australian classic. - Remember hearing this for the first time back in 1997! - seems like yesterday.

Do you share your MIDI files from these recordings? Would love to have some of these to listen to on my MT300.
I don’t usually but that’s not necessarily for a reason as such, just something that I have not looked into. That being said , there are some technical complexities with the project files I create including the midi component .. and this has to do with the tempo of the track. I start my project by importing the mp3 of the track and Logic Pro will detect the tempo.. more often than not the tempo will vary up and down so it doesn’t have a fixed tempo (unless the song was created with a click track or drum machine) interesting, Torn has a fixed tempo of 95.1096 (from memory) so they must have used a click track or a drum loop/machine for this song to be so tight ! Anyway, maybe I need to do more testing with midi files and perhaps this is something I can offer via link at some point.. it’s something that I am willing to look into.
