Class of Heroes 1 & 2: Complete Edition offers a rich, challenging dungeon-crawling experience that appeals especially to fans of the genre looking for deep simulation and party management gameplay. While the game presents a steep learning curve with its complex systems and randomized elements that can impact progression, its educational gameplay encourages strategic thinking and effective resource management. Wow, that's a lot of systems in the game.
Truly a treat for DRPG lovers.
I just recently learned there was a third one. Hopefully that'll get brought over too. 🙏
was on the fence for this one, i guess its worth the weight
Played the original CoH2 back in PSP and I think I'm kinda stuck at the Witch Wood IIRC. I LOVE Etrian Odyssey and it's a system seller for me but for some reason, I just couldn't get into CoH. Maybe I'll try this one later on to see how it goes. Been playing Eiyuden right now
Love these games!
Odd the #2 had extremely worse UI, portraits, and polish (and zero real college aspects, its all farming xp and swapping class)
#1 looks awesome
It's not a real RPG if you don't start over several times IMO. At least that's what I felt playing Fallout 1 and not hitting the broad side of a barn lol.
You make a good point. I can't tell you how many times I restarted Digimon or Monster Rancher lol - Azario
An 8!? That's some nostalgia goggles you got there.
It’s 2 of some of the deepest and most customizable dungeon crawlers ever made? I don’t know what to say. Undernauts is up there though if you want a more modern release. - Azario
Looks like an atelier marie clone, and that came out more than 20yrs ago on ps2...
this is to time restricted I don't like that.
