You need to complete a r3 technique to aquire the best R4, also everyone on my server is completing all R3 techniques whilst I’ve only leveled up two for the cultivation speed. And completed one for the R4. Should I just max out all R3 techniques?
No need, save the resources that you would have used on completing those for other cultivation techniques. You only need to get Lifebloom to completed. Also, thank you for pointing out that R4 needs a completed R3 technique.
