Ingredients:
Onions chunks - 3cups
Green chillies - 2nos
Bayleaf - 1no
Black cardamom - 2nos
Garlic chopped - 2tsp
Ginger chopped - 2tsp
Cashewnuts - ¼ cup
Water - 6 cups
Curd - ¾ cup
Salt
Oil - 5tbsp
For tempering:
Butter - 2tbsp
Ginger julienne - a handful
Black pepper powder - 2tsp
Paneer cubes - 1½ cups
Water - as required
Salt
Rogan - 1tbsp
Pepper powder - a pinch
~Extra Shots~
For Rogan:
Ghee/oil - 3tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp

This one is the BEST ever paneer recipe I have ever seen!!!
I tried this dish yesterday it went out amazing.
Some mistakes which I want toh tell
1- as chef have already said to Strain the water separately in the strainer otherwise the curry would taste sweet.
2- don't fry paneer for too long, it has nothing to do with the taste but it seems brownish in white curry.
3- don't use roghan immediately give it some rest and only use the oily part not the powder inside.
4- try to use less water when u blend the mixture otherwise it will take a lot of time to get reduce and come to the same consistency that the chef have said.

I made this dish, and it was simply amazing!! the best Kalimirch paneer recipe! Very easy and soo favourful! It isn't very spicy as mentioned but the rogan adds the right level of space, you can add more or less to control the spice level. Thank you Kunal ji for sharing this recipe.

Sir i am a big fan of your cooking and your recipes. Have tried so many chefs recipes be it sanjeev kapoor, ranbir brar nothing worked.
