Nice improvements. The C axis is gorgeous, very compact with the cross roller bearing. 👍
Thanks a lot dear friend.
Incredible work.
Hey, I just wanted to congratulate you on your new video release showcasing this incredibly complex project, which I could only dream of making myself. That being said, I would love to see some links to the parts you're using, such as motors, bearings, and so on.
Thanks for sharing your progress!
I am still in the process of building it and cannot make a complete parts list, but I will start making one.

Wie viel Euro willst du für die Fusion 360 Datei der CNC? Finde das Projekt sehr interessant!
The current 3D model is partially complete in production, but many parts are not yet finished.
It is planned to sell all the data eventually.
@@a-cnc-f Alles klar, hätte die Datei auch schon im jetzigen Status gekauft sofern du sie mir verkaufen willst 😃
Great project! Is the project already "open source"? Or do you already have files
Diluting vodka with JD is no bueno amigo)
My thoughts exactly. I hate anything when it dilutes my liquor.
Please! Continue with next episodes. Teach us how to overcome with the electronics and firmware
I think the two choices for the 5-axis control program are LinuxCNC or Mach.
Both have a backlash compensation feature to compensate for mechanical backlash.
Mach seems to be cheaper to use, but I have never used it because it is charged.
Linuxcnc is free software, but it is a bit difficult to use.

Отлично. Правда иногда складывается впечатление, что половина стоимости машины это затраты на алкоголь 😊
This is the best DIY project I have ever seen, I hope the beautiful women invite you to the bar
Hey man! Awesome following your progress.. wanted to ask, do you have in mind what percentage of this machine could be built by this same machine? Aside from the motors and electronics, it would be awesome if youd be able to make copies of this and give to friends. Like a self replicating machine
All the best!
thank you for having interest.
I don't understand the meaning of your question?
I would 100% buy the plans for this and slightly modify them to suit a project im doing.
my machine looks like a dodgy science experiment compared to yours lol
Просто продолжай делать это
Your use of Rolled Worm Drive Gears will add a Lot of Periodic Error and with 2 of them will cause wear of the Gears..
.Better to use a Precision Ground Gear rather than Rolled inaccurate ones.
Thanks for the advice.
You may be right.
However, my equipment and funds are limited.
I will try anyway.
Them fingernails...😂

you have a drinking problem ...fix it
them finger nails man, very distracting.
Everything is fine except the wine...! What was the need of that in this video...!
Is this video AI generated? #awkward
The voice is AI but the editing is finalcutpro.
That double worm drive? I hope it works out. Theoretically it should. Easier to make than a harmonic wave drive and wont backdrive like a belted inline c axis/motor combo like i see on many aluminum hobby routers. Your carbon/epoxy granite idea i believe is going to work out nicely too. :) Keep up the good work.
Man, I'm in. Cause I'm trying similar.
Great video! Really love the improvements! I am looking forward to the results with the two worm drives. I think it will work! *fingers crossed*
Excellent you have done your research well I'm impressed. I come from an industrial background using triple turret Miyanos and Ecas 32t sliders. Even with that very high end tec every day. I find your channel very inspiring cant wait for the next one! 🙂

Very awesome! It's always better to redesign and improve before building. I don't want to cause more delays, but did you test Jergens hardened steel threaded inserts? Also the AMF zero point clamping system is another good workholding tool. Their K5 unit might fit perfectly, and all you need is to put a stud in the bottom of your workpiece to machine
Inserts will be embedded with rivet nuts.
We are also considering embedding other metals in areas where strength is required.
AMF is attractive, but I think it would be difficult due to the size.
@@a-cnc-f Gotcha, the rivets should be strong enough. And I always forget the size of this machine, you fit so much amazing design into such a small package! I'm so used to the K5 clamps being too small for my applications 😅
крутое проектирование !
whats the a axis range?
You're in the comment section of most videos I watch, it's incredible 😶
@@geekoid183 haha, you are not the only one who told me that^^

It's been a while.
A-axis is planned at 90 degrees.
Anything more than that would be structurally difficult.
In fact, 90-degree rotation would be sufficient.
Think'd about Metal 3 D Printing the C- axis?
I do not have a metal 3D printer.
Even if I could print it, I don't have a machine to machine it.
I think it would be an effective means for those who have the equipment available.
