Nice one Jamie, even though you didnt quite fish it as you wanted, you still pulled it out the bag👍 Thoroughly enjoyed watching the slight changes as the match progressed, a good informative insight To when and why, the thought train, exellent video bud and congratulations. See you here next week for the world pairs, and watch that arm hahaha, safe journey bud And keep it lit. Steve G.D
Next year if you go to the voornskanaal or something else visit the river amstel near amsterdam.superb bream fishing.nice vid Jamie. i like those coarse video.s very mutch.
Another great video well done jamie. I suffer with my hooklengths twisting.... tried twisted boom or using swivel but no difference!!! Any advice greatly received thx
Iv never fished Southfield but if I did I would wack a line as far as I could and fill it with corn , 2nd line I'd set a nice comfortable catch what you can line and drop on the far line now and again and just look for a golden hour ... Iv found that bream graze more comfortable on a spread bed of corn than in amongst lots of bits pecking on groundbait... In winter I'd just blob around with dead red maggot and worm .
Hi Jamie, great video as always, this may be a stupid question, and you may have already explained this before but are you allowed to top up one line whilst your rig is "fishing" on the other line? Thanks and keep up the good work 👍
Hey Gary, a 3000 sized reel would be ideal. I use the Horizon 3000 for that sort of fishing here's the link www.fishmatrix.co.uk/home/product/horizon-x-reels?c=reels but the Aquas will do the job at a fraction of the price mate. This is the Aquos www.fishmatrix.co.uk/home/product/aquos-ultra-reels?c=reels
Thanks Peter! Yes I would change the tip mid-match if I needed to mate. Usually a 1oz tip for short casts and a 2oz tip when you fishing 45m+ as a guide mate
Shame you decided to only put updates on your pay channel, not everyone can afford that, I realise that it takes time to make videos, but as with a lot of other channels less people watch, sorry but now unsubscribed not worth only watching part of the story.
Hi Paul, I didn't do any video uploads whilst I was away as it's way too time consuming and as you'd expect my priorities were on the actual fishing. The only updates I could do were a simple photo and a text update which isn't possible on UA-cam. Thanks for the feedback though Paul
Your dear old Dad looks great in his matrix outfit. It' wonderful that you take him with you so often. You're a good man.

Thanks Neil! Some hook patterns, lines and hook baits are the cause mate. What line, hooks etc are you using mate?
Hi Jamie I am using the guru 15" rigs with speedstops and double corn.

Great video as usual. What size tip do you use as standard and would you change mid match if tow increased?
Thanks Peter! Yes I would change the tip mid-match if I needed to mate. Usually a 1oz tip for short casts and a 2oz tip when you fishing 45m+ as a guide mate
Cheers Jamie 👍
