As a fellow dexxer and the guy that made the template :) I have 3 suggestion for you friend. 1- while leveling up your codex, you want to be able to use your finisher as much as possible, which means you want to get as many levels unlocked for it as possible. So I suggest that once you get a stance leveled to tier 5, you switch your focus to another until you get that to tier 5 aswell. 2- as a lower level new dexxer, I would recommend focusing on Crab stance on your wrestling codex, it will drastically make your much more tanky. 3- a quick QoL feature, in your paperdoll > options > general > health bars & drag select, for "select all modifiers" set that to none, with that, you can left click and hold your screen and drag, it will pull up a small black box, any mobs within that small box will have their health bars instantly pulled up for you. Great video again, dont give up, its rough at the start as dexxer but it gets much better as time goes on.
I had it working to make a box on the screen and pull bars but then it seemed to disappear when I changed the style of health bars. I will see if what you said works with the bars I am using or if I will have to go back to the original ones.
I have been roaming official and free servers but mostly solo. Running with a fun guild in Outlands has brought back that feeling of UO when I first started. I have been having a blast and cannot wait until I can pay it forward to others in the guild.
I'm an OG from Great Lakes. Outlands, compared to even pure Felucca, is much tougher to pick up. There is SO MUCH. You have to pick a small lane and learn it. Get that one win under you and then progress to the next one. You are spot on with the guild thing; they will help out immensely! Have fun!!
It is tougher than pre-aos to pick up but I love that I don't need a spreadsheet to get a suit together. Guilds help so much. I would have quit without being in a guild to help get me started.
I have been killed twice in dungeons now but I have made way more than I have lost. I have found a few things that have helped. I learn something from each encounter.
It is slow but I can see a difference and it is exciting. The different ways to improve (Codex, Aspects, Links) seems more complicated that it actually was. I am loving the Outlands.

So glad you joined! It has been fun so far.
Joining a guild is 100% the best thing for a new player to do! They helped me so much.

Your doing great, but dexxers start pretty slow and then they snowball pretty hardcore, easily another week and you will be very well off
