Had great experience with ncr motorcycle. I Would highly recommend to visit him for any kind of problem with your bike. He was very professional and very helpful . Hats off to this guy for resolving this problem which even RE was not able to solve. I’m glad that I took my bike to him and for then onward my bike is as good as new

This is one old school problem. During scooter days these problems were a lot. But now a days what happens to mechanics they have lost all old school diagnostic techniques
Well! Actually now a days they rely on computer diagnostic system. So old school system is still better.

I'm from GOA i have the same problem with my interceptor 650 since last year almost wasted 15000₹ on just to repair that but no luck finally today I got my problems solution. If I was from delhi Or nearby then I could have given the bike to you for repair Thanks NCR motorcycle channel.

Any company authorised service centre is there to replace the costliest parts and give you brand new running type vehicle so that their brand image is not hampered they will never repair allways replace everything

So it's better to find a local mechanic like rummy.

Aisa hi hota hai aksar company ke service centers pae wo nahi bana pate par koi local unse zyada professional hota hai kyuki Service center pe mechanics ko salary kam milti hai par local mechanics usse zyada kama lete hai roadside ya kahi dukan khol kar
Always faced these kinda problems on company's service centers except ktm, their mechanics are somewhat good but i still prefer them for only regular work and get most of the work done locally

Very good video! I have some quick questions: If the one of the cylinder don't fire because of some reason, won't the ECU able to detect it and set a DTC code? If the fuel injector not performing properly, won't the ECU detect it and set DTC code? If any one of the cylinder is knocking, won't the ECU able to detect it and set DTC code? I have asked these questions, because I do get DTC code for all those above situations.
Shandaar Jabardast Zindabaad. You are really a perfect for RE. The accurate diagnosis comes from experience. RE must Higher you as a consultant and must pay you a high perks. Aap Mahan ho...but why RE has so much issue. Are the products not reliable enough. Though I also have RE TB350 BS4. 🤗😊

Same happens to me in classic 350 signals after i ride my bike around 4 to 5 km it starts missing i found out that it was faulty spark plug after changing the problem solves .

Sir fuel tank k neeche petrol filter aata h use ya to petrol se bdhiya hila hila k saaf kro ya wo filter nya lagao , usme carbon jam jata h or petrol ki supply shi ni hoti h , abhi kuch din pehle meri interseptor 650 me b yhi dikkat aayi thi , sab jagah dikhaya kisi ko kuch samajh ni aaya fir maine khud he wo filter saaf kiya ab service pe change krwa luga

Yes, the issue is resolved now. I got the Spark plug coil changed and also cleaned the fuel injector system.

I'm also facing the same issue. Jaise hi bike heat up ho jati thi, after 3.5 - 4000 rpm k bich me rpm starts dropping even after accelerating it and could hear some weird noise from the engine. Thank you so much for diagnosing the issue.❤

There is a UA-camr named Karthik Customs and he also uses GT 650. RE showroom people made him cry and made him run from one showroom to another but still his problem was not solved.
RE should keep employees who could repair the likes of GT 650, Interceptor.

Bhai great ye haal sab service center na hai specially hero mein , wahan toh ye haal hai ke bike launch kardi fi wali aur 160 , 200 cc aur mechanic sirf splendor pe trained hain , bura haal hai waha bs6 ki Xpulse , Xtreme ki service bhi thik nahi kar pate .

I have a Classic 500. I am facing similar issue where the bike jerks/misfires intermittently. I got the Breather Pipe, Spark Plugs, Spark Plug connectors and Injector changed but no resolution till date. When I start the ignition, I get a strong smell of petrol, but there is no leak from anywhere.
Could you please help me with the above issue?

Sir ji..mera..R15V3 bike..start hone ke bad rpm upper niche hota hai..fir band ho jata hai..uske bad bike..self se start jaldi nahi hota hai..15sec ke bad hota hai.
Bhut koi ne kaha thortal body sensor kharb hai..but meter pe..kuch nahi dekhta hai..ki thortal body sensor khrb hai.7000 parta hai..esly maine change nahi kiya...koi sure nahi bol rh h ki throtal body sensor kharb hai...esly maine change ni kiya..apko kya lgta h kya khrb ho gya hoga sir.

Even i have the same issue with my bike i have changed my heating sensors,coil,spark plugs,RR UNIT,cleaned throttle body fuel injectors but still i have the same issue there is no error in bike only when its overheated starts firing missing RPM fluctuations i have changed ignition coils which shown in videos.please let me know and help me on this what issues i have with my bike RE ppl anyways not resolving.

Royal Enfield service centre mechanics are newbies, they are there to learn, they are only expert in changing engine oil. The mechanics in market are real gems, who are expert in all types of royal enfield bike, from cast iron bullet to latest model. They know everything about them. Be it Rammi bhai, or any other local mechanic.
My tip : look for some local mechanic, who you seen working on old model bullets , you will not be disappointed.
Common problem with RE guys ,they care a damn about or ignorance regarding electronics. Anyway I lost faith in them after the last one The Great TB 350 Twin spark a very good bike except for it's electronics. Thank you for the video.
