you know it's only now that I watched this again that I realized that you did enough damage for the clockwork god to skip over the part where he heals himself, which is normally a required part of the fight, well done.
I learned two things watching this...the pre-boss fight music to Chronos is absolutely EPIC and The strength to DESTROY the personification of time lies in Chie's foot. As always awesome job!
I'm going to say it: "Ham? Where's the *steak*!?" XD That doom counter could mess up any strategy. The numbers determined for each character were random too; nasty piece of work, but you trounced him without getting one KO, so nicely done. :D
Flegan777 Well, I kinda wanted that pun to be subtle, so steak would of been too obvious :p. Thanks man, yeah I was kinda hoping he would not have some sort of plot armor at the end otherwise it could of been trouble with everyone almost dead lol
It's got to be even worse considering on Risky, if the MC of the story you picked dies, you get an immediate game over, right? So you definitely have to keep an eye on that number...
I was so grateful to see that even the final boss was susceptible to Panic. I bet a lucky person could panic him right off the bat and not even have to deal with the counter.
I'm not sure if it's intentional or not, but it's a funny detail that the P3 protagonist has the lowest counter to start with when gears of life gets casted
Man these final battles were epic! Zen versus Chronos has to be my favorite "I'll face myself" battle now. Awesome job defeating them! I was very nervous that in Risky mode if the Protagonist dies its game over but your strategy to take it out before the timer reached zero on you was brilliant.
I beat Clockwork God yesterday after grinding for over an hour. I wanted to make extra-sure that I wouldn't get utterly destroyed by his fast-forwarding and rewinding abilities. The thing is, he decided to do neither this time. I would have totally been able to beat him even without the grinding if I knew that he wouldn't use either of those abilities... Whatever, at least I wasn't too over-leveled. And the boss is more fun than the stupid spider.
The Clockwork God was such a tough fight. I was not prepared for the death counters, so I had 5 revival items on me when I fought him. Even though I had that and two people with Samarecarm, I was just about dead when I finally beat him with a Mind Charged-Morning Star from a low-HP, 1-countered P3MC. Still a good boss, though.
Omega how are you so good at persona games, I was a level 78 and these last two bosses took about 35 min for me, and that was on normal. I applaud you omega.
Sometimes it takes a strategic mind to preserve in the darkest hour, in Omegas case he just hits the big red instant win button and yep. Omega is a awesome player, I love watching his videos.
Yep, but since he did play similar games like E.O (Etrian Odyssey), or maybe played the rest Shin megami tensei, then theres no problem at all. He's has it in him, or just really more lucky.
Me: Uhhhh Chie’s gonna die soon you guys didn’t extend her counter gUYS WHAT ARE YOU THINKI- Chie: Not if I have anything to say about it! *uses myriad arrows, kills boss* Me: o h

I must ask, does Zen keep all his moves after Rei gets kidnapped? I see her handling healing spells and the idea of losing my heal ticket is nerve wracking.
@Ian King You may already know this buy yes. It gets explained that Rei had been casting through Zen the whole game, as all her magic came from him. He can still do all of it himself even when they are apart.
omegaevolution This is why my diet consists of nothing but meat. I figure if I eat meat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, by the time I am 30 I will be able to punch ripples into the very fabric of time.

wow omega that was really close at the end had me on the edge of my seat. also does anybody know the name of the songs that plays during the spider and chronos fight?
Eddie Xander An AoE move is Area of Effect. Basically, a move that allows you to cover a certain area, but only that area. It can be advantageous, or deadly to the player.
Tell me something: I don't have this game and I might not for a while yet, so I am left to wonder what Lethargy Circle actually does that makes it so useful. It's description says it has a medium chance of agility bind but I'm not sure what that actually does.
When someone's agility is bound. It basically means their hit and evasion are heavily restricted. As a result, an agility bound person is unable to escape from battle or dodge any (and when I say ANY, even the least accurate skills are guaranteed a 100% hit on the bound target.) The bound person will also find it hard to land an attack.
Thank you so much for clarifying that for me. That certainly does sound useful. I can see why Omega (and probably everyone else) uses it all the time. Thanks again.
I had no idea Chie was such a powerhouse! I had P3MC, Junpei, and Akihiko in my front line binging out on link skills, and Naoto and Zen in my back line buffing / debuffing.
that's actually shura tensei doing most of that. i had a full on link build with shura tensei that was doing even more than chie here combining them would be extreme overkill
ShiroFrenzy Each character has their signature persona and they can also equip a secondary persona. These secondary Personas don’t have stats, but they give their user a boost to HP and SP, as well as their skills. That’s why part of the HP and SP bars are a different colour to the rest.

Because myriad arrows breaks the game and makes the game boring...
Minato's counter at the start was the lowest...perhaps foreshadowing?

Correct.
Why do the M rated games give the biggest life lessons?
Because those life lessons require actual maturity to understand, which most young ones lack or have yet to have.

@@YTSirBlack so ratings aren't consistent worldwide
