Sir, this is undoubtedly a happy news. But, it is only in rules, this rule is not followed anywhere in India. The number of schools there are all over India and the number of Special Educators in training, if all states were recruited properly, all would have been recruited. A special educator was not unemployed without a job. It is very unfortunate sir, eligible and qualified candidates are clamoring for teaching profession today. I'm also a special educator from West Bengal. But there is the same picture. Some special educator group are fighting against this undesirable situations. Hopefully this will be resolved soon and we will get the respect, that we deserve. Thanks for your video.
Special Education teacher's ko kaam he karne he nahi deta hai..teacher's ki itni shortage hai ki, Special Education teacher's ko normal teacher ki kaam karna padta hai...because of which they are not able to perform their responsibilities properly for CWSN students...
