Why show him listening in on the conversation between Takemitchy and Akkun on the roof, where Akkun kills himself. When he's not going to remember that convo after Takemitchy changed the timeline to where Akkun didn't kill himself (yet) and Hina was still alive. And both of those die again almost instantly, he's undoing what Takemitchy is trying to set right. (Though I guess from his perspective his work is being undone by Takemitchy) And now he seems to recognize Takemitchy. Either he can travel like Takemitchy or he remembers when the timeline changes, like Natsuo, and he's working to keep the original timeline intact and kill Takemitchy.
6:31 Nobody in the gang at this point is really even a fan of kisaki but they kept quiet cuz Mikey had already made up his mind about it. So Takemitchy just punching Kisaki at a Toman meeting when he's not even part of the gang shows his utter disrespect towards Mikeys decision [in their eyes] which is why they all got so pissed off at him. And the captains of Toman just think he's a guy who saved drakens life but at the end of the day he is still an outsider who should have no say in what goes on in the gang meetings.
