I think the Musa Bloomix as a diffrent colour palette to represent the lunar year because the colors are red and yellow so maybe that's why is changed.

She chose these colors to represent the Lunar New Year. This Lunar Year will be Year of Dragon, so that's why she chose Bloomix, instead of something different.
And no, it's not inspired by the doll. The doll was based on the official design only.
If you look at the wings, you can see mixed final version and prototype version of her Bloomix wings.
Turtlezensei already knew that right after she/he finished made the video. She/he knew it wasn’t represented by the doll and already knew it’s a mixed type of Bloomix.
