“-A good soldier 🪖 never leaves a man behind.”
Well! no shit...looks like we gotta comedian , PRIVATE JOKER!
Did you see Small Soldiers (1998)
@@nsasupporter7557 yes I did
Thank you for all the likes lol
I actually equate R. Lee Ermey to the role of sgt over Gunny Sgt Hartman, because I saw toy story over 100 times before I saw Full metal jacket.
The Barbie legs with the fishing pole that you love is a “hooker.” Secret humor for the adults ☺️
Never thought of it
timestamp?
The Moment when Buzz fly's near the end is one of the most magical moments in Disney history.😃
TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!
😃🥹🚀
I gotta say, rewatching this as an adult, it's kind of fucked up that the villain is just a kid doing kid stuff, totally unaware he was actually torturing sentient toys
It wouldn't be Sheriff Woody without the voice of Tom Hanks 🤣
One of the most badass line deliveries to come from a children's movie: "Not today"
Toy Story is clearly one of the most important and influential animated films, not only did it began the start of Pixar’s legacy, but it was the first ever computer animated feature film.
Can’t wait to see your girls’ reaction to the sequels. It’s one of these franchises that got progressively better as each film went on (aside from the fourth film, although it’s still pretty good).
It was as big as Lion King when it came out
I dont think 3 is better than 2 and 1. It is great though
@@gamexsimmonds3581 disagree. 3 was too dark… so dark it was almost disturbing
@@nsasupporter7557 I liked it. Just but it's the worst of the trilogy
@@gamexsimmonds3581 well actually there’s a 4th movie. To which alot of fans thought that was unnecessary. So it’s not a trilogy… it’s a quadruply? 😜
Trivia note - Andy's mom's toys are also called Buzz and Woody
😳
Um
Wtf
Ayoooo
This isn't a spoiler coz it doesn't reveal any story, but it's something to look out for; Sid shows up in the third movie as a background character, dumping garbage cans into a garbage truck. The reason I bring it up is that he seems to be pretty happy. He's listening to music on headphones, dancing along and tapping on the garbage cans like drums. When we saw him in this movie, he was a troubled kid with neglectful parents, expressing his creativity in a way that involved cruelty. The fan theory is that he got "scared straight" after learning the toys are sentient, and he started "rescuing" discarded toys to restore and "enhance", eventually leading to him working for sanitation so he has access to *all* the discarded toys.
It's confirmed it's him ?
Good on Sid for getting a union job
23:43 Yes. That Commercial Gave Buzz The Wake Up Call He Needed.
25:27 my favorite part indeed! Drunk buzz is best buzz!!
In the french version, when he asks Woody to see his hat, he says " I'm the Queen of England "
7:41 Toy Story is a classic. A ground breaking and influential computer animated fantasy comedy adventure film. Gnomeo and Juliet and Wreck-It Ralph wouldn't had been born if not for Toy Story. I love Buzz Lightyear whom is my favourite character and the character became so popular and so iconic he later went on to get his own spin-off cartoon show and a upcoming spin-off movie which hits cinema screens later this year. To infinity... AND BEYOND!!!
This is in my top 10 Disney movies.
Sid lives in such a rundown house and it's implied his home life is so much worse than Andy's. I kinda feel bad for him.
Maybe the whole neighborhood is like that and it's why Andy's mom decided to move.
Who knows ? It's weird because Sid has the same face than Andy
@@a.g.demada5263 that's because it's the same character model lol
@@melsukiii I know
Don't get me wrong, I love the first Toy Story and I get why it holds a big place in people's hearts. But I personally love Toy Story 2 the best.
Nostalgic in every sense of the word, great movie and reaction Ellie, Michelle, and Lia! Looking forward to the next one!
P.S.: Where's Viki?
This was the first movie I've ever seen. I saw it in theaters and still watch it from time to time. It's amazing how good this movie looks for the first fully CGI film.
I love this channel because you ladies all have different personalities.
Ellie is the emotional one - if you want a great reaction watch Ellie videos.
Michelle is very chill. - she’s the one you watch when you want to vibe.
Viki - is pretty much everyone. I think everyone feels like viki.
Lia: is very quiet but when she pulls out a quote they’re almost all the best.
@Matrixnukum a little over the top but. Hey you’re a fan I can’t argue.
Lmao Lia looked soo frightened of Sid’s room
Bo Peep tells Woody.... "I'm just a couple blocks away!" as she strolls past alphabet wooden blocks. HA! Missed that one the first 20 times !!
34:42-34:57 😝 37:33 don’t worry about spud. 39:21 my favorite scene from fireworks 🎇 🚀 40:10 can’t wait to see you ladies watch toy story 2, 3, and 4, next time.
31:31
"WASH YOUR TOOTHS!"
Can't count how many times I've watched this masterpiece
My aunt Alice gave me this movie as a Christmas present , when I was 11 year's old
The First ever Animated Movie of all time! Veggietales doesn't count that's barely CGI 3D and its a frickin' show
Veggietales didn't get a theatrical movie until 2002, 7 years after the original Toy Story.
0:05 That tense moment when you realize that it's your line!
24:51 Follow The Sound Of His Voicebox , Woody.
A childhood classic, let’s go!!!! Toy Story is the best
Yes I agree 👍💯
19:37 the horror in Lia's eyes 😄
Toy Story was the start of Pixar, and what followed were some of the greatest animated movies ever made. My personal favorite is "Ratatouille" (2007). You should definitely watch it someday. It makes you fall in love with food, France, and rats. A great movie!
Didn’t see that 1. The only other Pixar movies I saw were Toy Story 2, A Bugs Life, Finding Nemo. Those were the ones I saw in the theater. The ones I saw outta the theater were Monsters Inc (I just saw it for the first time recently actually) Wall-E, Toy Story 3 and 4. I never saw Incredibles, Cars or Ratatouille
@@nsasupporter7557 Ratatouille is definitely worth a watch. So is Incredibles if you're into superheroes. Cars is cute but I was not that impressed by it only because I saw the original movie it was based on, "Doc Hollywood" (1991) with Michael J Fox, when I was young and the plot is identical.
@@monsterkhan3414 what??? 😳 where did you hear that Cars was based on the Michael J Fox movie Doc Hollywood?
@@monsterkhan3414 did you see Antz or Shrek or Shark Tale?
@@nsasupporter7557 Antz - Yes. Shrek - Yes. Shark Tale - No.
This was one or my favorites as a 90's kid back then. I hope y'all get to TOY STORY 2 very soon!
13:39
Wilhelm!!!!
I love how Ellie and Michelle disagree with Woody vs Buzz because it's good friends still like the movie!
Next Toy Story 2
This movies reminds me so much at lost things, like the childhood.
Watch the sequels. They're all great (though Toy Story 4 wasn't really the most necessary movie, if you ask me).
Well 3 was DARK AS HELL 😳
The fishing hook with legs is supposed to be a 'hooker' haha
Sweet, I'm glad you guy enjoyed this timeless Disney and Pixar computer animated movie. Toy Story is still the movie that goes to Infinity and Beyond!
Where are the harry potter reactions?, you stopped with them?
Wow, I remember watching this in '95 with my two pre-school boys.
Yep, I was 8 in 95 and we saw it when it first came out. It was as big as Lion King
@@nsasupporter7557 I was amazed. Never before had a whole movie been computer generated graphics.
@@protonneutron9046 have you ever played the video game for Sega Genesis and/or Super Nintendo?
@@nsasupporter7557, well, Toy Story 1 & 2 did come out during the Disney Renaissance.
ULTIMATE CLASSIC DISNEY FILM. THE ORIGINAL TOY STORY MOVIE
EVEN THOUGH ELLIE AND MICHELLE WATCHED IT ALREADY, I BELIEVE U ALL SHOULD WATCH IT WITH LIA AND VIKI SHOULD REACT AND/OR WATCH IT TOGETHER

P.S. I'm totally in love with Ellie and I could just sit and listen to her talk all day! :-p
Maybe toy story 2 and 3?
Nah, 3 was way too dark. So dark it was almost disturbing
Toy Story 3 would make them cry.
3 was way too dark!
The voice of the toy soldier is the same of "Fullmetal Jacket" commander.
No sé ustedes pero el juguete que más me dió miedo fue el que le apagó la linterna a Woody
"Ah, bae -- Wash your . . . tooths. Take a breakfast! Tea!!!" 🪥🦷 🤣🤣🤣 🥣☕️
great toy story [1995] film reaction !!!
Toy story 2,3,4 movie reaction ❤
3 was way too dark! 😳
Not sure where to make suggestions for movies, but watching you all watch "Hancock" with the legendary will Smith would be a a premium watch :) Cheers!
10 Fun Facts:
1: Woody was gonna be evil his personality was pretty mean evil scary and brutal if you watch The Black Friday Reel you'll find it bad SOOOOO BAD
2: Buzz Lightyear has alotta facts his name was gonna be Lunar Larry or Temphess from Morph
3: Joss Whedon who's known for the first 6 Avengers and that disaster Justice League did the screenplay for Toy Story ironically Chris Evans who we all know as Captain America if you already know is gonna be Buzz Lightyear in the upcoming LIGHTYEAR MOVIE I CAN'T WAIT! :D
4: Jeffrey Katzenberg who worked on this movie wanted Woody to be evil he nearly broke PIXAR up like The Beatles and his son did the production for IT 2017 and Child's Play 2019 which was released on the same date and day as Toy Story 4 coincidence? I THINK NOT
5: The Pizza Planet truck that Woody and Buzz ride shows up in Almost EVERY PIXAR MOVIE
6: speaking of shows up The ball that Buzz bounces on is The ball from the PIXAR short Luck Jr.
7: When Woody is holding onto Andy's mom's car you can see the license plate which reads A113 which is the classroom were PIXAR employees studied and learned about animation
8: John Ratzenberger who is from the show Cheers is in EVERY PIXAR MOVIE he played Hamm the pig
9: In The scene where Red shakes Bush's hand a Mickey Mouse wall clock can be seen
10: Woody's Iconic One Liner "YOU ARE A TOY!!!'' Was gonna be the original title Buzz would later use this in the next movie
Another fun fact: Billy Crystal was considered to voice Buzz, not Tim Allen
I missed u ladies a lot...welcome back...peace & love
The first of many greats. The first computer animated movie and it's a classic. Just you girls wait until you see the sequels. I have all four on blu ray. They seemed to get better with each one. You will love em.
Will you be doing a reaction for toy story part 2,3&4

Glad you ladies you enjoyed this one. The sequels and the short films are all amazing. And this reaction was just a lot of fun.
"This is Toy Horror, not Toy Story". a. Hilarious! b. One of the short films is actually called "Toy Story of Terror".
Fun Fact: ABC used to air It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown & Toy Story of Terror back-to-back.
@@joshmontemayor1212 That is a fun fact. Thanks, Josh. Thanks for being one of the people who replies to me who actually has something interesting to say.
Fun; yet kind of Sad Fact: The (now needing replacement) voice actor of Charlie Brown "Peter Robbins" only died on the 18th of January this year.
Fun Fact: 'All' the voice talent from It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown that are still alive are in their 60s at the time I'm writing this.
Takes me back to my childhood
After Story with toys, it's time for Story with action, humor, and fantastic. I give to you ,,GHOST RIDER" 2007: When motorcycle rider Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage) sells his soul to the Devil to save his father's life, he is transformed into the Ghost Rider, the Devil's own bounty hunter with flaming skull, sent to hunt down bad guys. Please, your emotion will be well, trust me. It's cool! I recommend the whole four to have fun! Be YOURSELF!!!
You guys made me smile. 😊
no movie gets me emotional like Toy Story 3
So bad with those no content channels everywhere
Have you 3 seen the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th movies?
Sorry, Elle, you were wrong. The toys were merely fixing each other and not creating each other/themselves.
I have a great idea you ladies should react to the 2020 Atlantic hurricane season animation by force 13 pls?
The sequels are very good. Please consider giving them a try
When Toy Story first came out. I said to myself this movie is deep and tackling some intense issues. I thought is this a cartoon or a trip to the therapist. They got me where I'm most vaulnerable and I couldn't stop crying. What an awesome movie and journey with all the Pixar characters. They really know how to turn grown men and women into little kids.
I remember when it came out in 95, we went to see it. It was as big as Lion King pretty much
i remember this was the first animated movie i was ever into. i was never into the disney classics (Lion King, Mulan, etc.) but Pixar was more my thing. Now that i'm 25, i feel like these movies aged really well because of those messages and issues they've portrayed
@@lavenderllamamusic but you had to have liked Beauty and the Beast though, right? EVERY little girl liked Beauty and the Beast
11:38 The fact that Don Rickles is dead and all these years later someone in another country is laughing so hard at his joke warms my heart!
“I always imagined my toys coming to life when I’m not in the room.”
That was actually the main idea behind what made this movie. One of the animators saw his kid playing with his toys and wondered what it would be like if they played without their kids around
Did you see Small Soldiers?
@@nsasupporter7557 i did, it came out three years AFTER Toy Story
@@Bostonterrierslol it’s strange how Dream Works always rips off Pixar movies and makes “adult versions” of them. Like Antz was a rip off Bugs Life, Shark Tale was a rip off of Finding Nemo etc
When i was little me and my brother would place our toys in spots to see if they would come to life
@@nsasupporter7557 hey I enjoy small soldiers tbh
My favorite part is when Slinky is extended while holding onto Woody 😆 The moment when Baby Molly sees the toys in the car mirror and giggles is very adorable as well!!!!
Sucks that Jim Varney died aka Ernest. He did Slinky’s voice
Me too.
One of my favorite lines from Mr. Potato Head: You didn't wanna face the fact that Buzz might be Andy's new favourite toy. So you got rid of him! Well what if Andy starts playing with me more Woody, huh you gonna knock me out of the window too! 😂 He's not wrong, that's what jealousy can do to a person.
RIP Don Rickles… who voiced Mr Potato Head
Woody didn't mean to knock Buzz out the window. It was an accident.
To be fair Woody didn’t really knocked Buzz out the window that it was the Pixar Lamp that did it not Woody plus Mr. Potato Head was still pretty much wrong to accuse Woody to do something he didn’t meant to do in the first place by being just an accident & a honest mistake
@@emmanuelharris6445 also, he and the others are technically the reason Woody gets jealous of Buzz. If they hadn’t compared the two a lot, then Woody wouldn’t have let his jealousy get to his head
@@emmanuelharris6445 that’s true only Woody says the truth😊
Thanks girls. As a kid, I was always disappointed that it wasn't as they showed in the commercials. In commercials it looked like a real swimming pool for barbie, but at home it was much less attractive. But you always make it work, because kids have so much imagination 😊🙃
I still remember being about 4 years old (in 2000/2001), being so excited to watch this on Disney Channel. Mom had made spaghetti for dinner and i was excited about that too. I remember my uncle came to visit too. I loved this movie and i've been a Pixar fan ever since (I could never get into the Disney classics, unfortunately)
I used to watch it on vhs all the time when I was little.
Did you know, when you leave the room your toys do have a life. Remember when you go to your room and the toys were never where you left them? Did you ever hear noises coming from upstairs and not know why? It was your toys
If you keep this up? The 3rd movie will have you in tears
Right _ lol
The fourth too.
I think this was literally the first movie I ever watched in my life. It actually came out the year before I was born.
Same this moving hits deep with me. The next two honestly make me sad as hell.
@@Maczust63 the 3rd one was dark as hell 😳 so dark it was almost disturbing
@@nsasupporter7557 the most light hearted one I’d say is the 2nd one and it’s also my favourite of the 4
Have they seen the "Ernest" movies? "Ernest Goes to Camp" is my favorite followed by "Ernest goes to jail." Ernest is played by Jim Varney, the guy who does the voice for Slinky in "Toy Story."
This film describes actually one interesting historical aspect quite well. I would say that the setting of this movie gets a place in 1960s. Before 1960s TV-shows, movies and toys took inspiration from the Wild West. But after USA launched its space program, everything space related like astronauts replaced the source of inspiration.
Woody was probably made in the 50's or 60's but Andy is very clearly a 90's kid.
@@PikminandOatchi yeah, Toy Story 2 explained Woodys backstory.
Toy Story made me want to join Pixar Animation Studios.
Fun fact: The woman voicing Bo Peep is Janine from Ghostbusters.
