Whole KPK were Divided in different Tribal Commands. They were Ethnically Pashtuns but not Part of Afghanistan. Sawat, Buner, Malakand these Areas were Called Yaghistan (Baghi) they never Accepted any Rule of Afghans. Even Abdali Can't Conquered these Mountain Areas. They remains Independent.
