    In this tutorial, you'll learn how to structure your next Standard Operating Procedure.
    The main sections on your SOP should include:
    1. Introduction
    Provide single line high-level description.
    Keep the SOP to 3-5 sections: purpose; instructions; document history.
    1.1 Purpose
    Identify main purpose and benefits to user.
    1.2 Scope
    What's included and excluded from scope of document. Is this procedure mandatory?
    1.3 Training
    Who will train staff to apply this procedure? How they will they be trained/assessed?
    1.4 Definitions
    List definitions used in this document in alphabetical order.
    1.5 Precautions
    Identify warnings, safety measures, and other related SOPs.
    1.6 Responsibility
    Identify individuals responsible for activities identified in this procedure.
    1.7 Equipment
    Identify equipment and supplies required to perform this procedure in alphabetic order.
    2. Procedures
    Provide step-by-step instructions. Describe how each task should be completed. Link to related checklists.
    For Steps
    - Create a specific step for each action.
    -Number each step for traceability.
    -Do NOT groups actions.
    -Avoid wordiness.
    -Write in Active Voice - avoid passive voice.
    -Use Action verbs, e.g. Start, Run, Turn, Stop etc.
    Action
    List actions in the order in which they must be performed.
    1 Outline the goal of the procedure.
    1.1 Enter the first sub-procedure.
    1.2 Enter the second sub-procedure
    1.3 Enter the third sub-procedure etc.
    1.3.1 Enter the first sub-sub-procedure...
    3. Reference Documents
    List documents cited in the procedure.
    Use a consistent document naming structure.
