Used this as my school project, i am now one of the teachers favorite, he said i dont need to do other ptojects in his subject in exchange of doing another sculpture like this, also he paid for the materials needed.
It's such a treat watching you work! I'm a huge fan and have been for a long time and it is so neat to see you in action. I love your ocean sculptures!
This was such a pleasure to watch… thank you for sharing ❤
I love how this came out plus how you did the suckers it looked so hard but when you see how its done its nothing but just putting them in. Great work!
Incredible! The octopus is my favorite animal. I was so thrilled to find this video. You did an amazing job. I'm going to find part 2 now.
limabean29 I'm pretty sure you might be a cephalopod enthusiast
limabean29 I just need to know your second favorite animal
If it's a squid or cuttlefish you just might be a cephalopod enthusiast

Yes!!! Your work is amazing!
Cette pieuvre est tout simplement magnifique ! Vous avez dû faire preuve de beaucoup de patience pour ajouter toutes les petites ventouses 😅...
Et j'aime beaucoup la façon dont les tentacules sont "agencées"
Excellent sculpting and video work!
you are amazing! Love your work!!!!
I am planning my first little squid sculpey and I wasn't sure how to do the suckers, lol I was thinking I'd have to make a bunch of tiny little donuts or something so I came here to see if I could get an idea for a good technique...thank you SO MUCH for the demonstration, I would have ended up making it so much harder than it had to be 🤣 great video and gorgeous work!
Nice, can't wait to try to do this myself!

Amazing, very encouraging to my scared beginner level. Please make more things I would love to learn more by watching you. It is so great to see how something like that is made. Thanks
+TheDreadfulCurtain you're welcome! Glad it helps!
+Stephanie K. PetitPlat my teacher will let us sculpt this soon :) (but we just use toothpicks instead of the tools)
DeathEdge123 toothpicks are actually my favorite tool :) been using them for years. Have fun!
+Stephanie K. PetitPlat Oh! I didn't know that 😂😂
amazing!!
The suction cups are really good
Wow amazing creature.
This is amazing! The octopus is my favorite animal, and I hope to recreate this soon (if that's okay with you, because I know this was a time lapse and not a tutorial :) )! I've subscribed, and I can't wait to see your future videos!

Amazing!!!
This is really works!Thank you
Wow, great work.
So satisfying
Hermoso trabajo gracias por compartir
Hola!! Gracias!!!
That is crazy great!!!!
Nice job! ❤ From Brazil
its so cool ♡
😮 Precioso ❤
Extremely impressive. Your work is astounding.
thank you!
You are welcome. The patience’s you have to do the littlest detail is outstanding. I have gotten back into sculpting, but I am doing rpg tabletop terrain & figures. I am not sure I would have your patience.
Patience is a weird thing, if you work on subjects you enjoy, it is infinite, but the moment you lay your hands on something you care little about it is gone.
RPG figures are pretty tiny so they do need quite some patience as well :)

Yeah, I am trying to do it as both an outlet for stress & to make a little extra. Plus I enjoy it & that is what counts. Thank you for your tutorial.
Wow!
Very cool I wanna make some of these for my domes ❤️👍
Hi nice video! How did you make the little “suckers” on the tentacles?
AMAZING❤
Nice work. This example will really help me with my cthulhu statue
So realistic and I am Declan and I am 10 years old I love octupuses and they are the best sea. Creatures of All time. Here is a picture of an octopus 🐙

How much time did it take to make it? Great tutorial.
Increíblemente hermoso.
I would never be patient enough to texture something so big with a needle tool
DAMN!!! OUTSTANDING!!
Q material utiliza??
its so cool
what polymer do you use?
WONDERFUL
Thank you❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you❤❤❤❤
Very cute
Quelle couleur de pâte FIMO as-tu-utilisé ou plutôt quel mélange de pâte as-tu fait pour avoir cette couleur?
Awesome👌👌👌👌👌
Nice , entertaining.
WOOW !!!
Sick!
+Xander T :D
You make it look so easy! Such talent!!
super epic
Wow nice
Love to watch you work, these video's are so much fun! How long did this stage take in reality?
+heyme1966 about 12-14 hours. I haven't really timed myself, could have been 10 hours :D
Owesome
OMG!! I absolutely LOVE this. I have a thing for Octopi's. Have no idea why or how I stumbled upon your video, but I am so happy I did. So amazing and life like. How did you do the texture on the head and what motion did you use. I saw the tooth brush but wasn't sure if you used that to make the fine texture on the head. Thanks so much.
+R MARTIN thank you very much! :)
at 3:22 you can see me drawing the texture on the head with a needle tool. It's a bit time consuming. I suppose you could fake the texture with some kind of rough fabric though, I just like to work on details :)
Not sure what you mean by what "motion" I used?
Thank you
