Guys I have so missed your intros. You have such great characters and charisma between you all - I love hearing you tease each other with your worst possible! ☺️
Didn't hate the new intros but glad to see you guys back to the way it used to be, just chatting with your friends about what the decks does and "The Worst Possible"
I don't really comment too much, but wanted to let you know that of all the Commander gameplay choices out there, yours is by far my favorite! For my taste, you all have the perfect balance of casual levity and competitiveness that perfectly encapsulates the way me and my friends/family play the game. My wife and I crack up because we see ourselves and our friends in your player personalities/propensities all the time and it makes the experience of watching resonate and feel that much more genuine and relatable. I can only imagine the amount of work that goes into making a show like this between the deckbuilding, guests, production, editing, and continual focus on improving; so I just wanted to let you know (for what it's worth lol) that some random dude out there loves what you do and appreciates all of those efforts to make a high quality product! Thanks for all you do, and bravo on the INSANE win turn!
The production quality of the new intros were definitely standout among commander content on youtube. You saw those and thought, "oh yeah these guys know what they're doing." The old intros definitely had more charm. What a sweet and funny group of friends. Certainly accentuated everyone's character more. I really like both and I'm happy to see you guys continue to experiment with the format of the show.
23:50 - Kozilek 3 can force any two players to manifest two cards from their hand, so Blake could have forced Shay to manifest two cards instead of himself to keep the cards he didn't want manifested.
Vault of Champions should've come in trapped since Blake died before it got played. So, CGB didn't have enough mana to win unless I missed something. 😂
I very recently built a K'rrik deck and it won its first game at Commander Night at my lgs. Used Repay in Kind to set everyones life down to 4, then slapped down good ol' Gary. With just him and K'rrik, that was 5 life I drained out of each of them. As for the other players, one guy used an Orzhov Cleric deck with Orah, Skyclave Hierophant, My brother used his recently purchased "Quick Draw" Precon with Stella Lee and the other girl in the game ran a flying tribal with Errant and Giada. It was my first time getting to play in a real four-player commander game too (usually it's just me and my brother).
At 43:41 cgb didn't take one from endbringer entering due to flesh raker ping, so he wouldn't gain 3 and be at 8, he would be at 7, which means he wouldn't have enough life to win
Could have sacked spawns for mana to active tomb to gain 2 life and survived also missed many triggers of the Fleshraker since it is off any colorless spell and when the 7 mana eldrazi came into play should have been another 1 damage. But it is all good and fun who hasn't missed triggers
Ya know.. the brilliance of Kozilek is that it let's any 2 players manifest 2 cards from their hand. Doesn't have to be Kozileks owner. It's a great way to get cards out of opponents hands.
If he had kept up mana to pay the tax could Blake have returned Kozilek off the Golem trigger when Ben blocked? I always get confused by damage resolution. Basically, could he have stacked things so that Kozilek went back to the command zone before the Golem ability resolved? Also, the Kozilek cast trigger is "UP to two TARGET players." You could have chosen only CGB or CGB and Shea. You can also choose zero players.
@@REALCreature I get you. I can only take mine out at very high power casual or cedh tables. Maybe I tuned it too much, but when I play at those tables we have a blast. Are you running the Chainer/Gary loop ?
@@Ilveryn mine is legit just I’m comboin or dying so I run the Gary loop sanguine exquisite combo bolas and atherflux combo and a few more niche ones like atherflux gravecrawler warren soul trader if I want infinite health mana or just point my you lose 50 at them
thot bots are back >_< I'm saying K'rrik is winning. No idea who's playing it, but that's my vote. All of them sound great, though. edit: Adding some rules stuff, even though nobody cares, just because I see this one a lot: 24:00 Kozilek says "UP TO two target players", so while it's not a "may", Blake can just choose zero players. The only thing that's mandatory is manifesting two cards; the players is 0, 1, or 2.
On the turn he killed Ben, couldn't Blake have immediately replayed his commander anyways because his Geode Golem did damage? And he could have manifested CGB and Shea instead of himself if he wanted to keep his two cards.
You could have chosen up to two players to manifest off kozilek. Didn’t have to be yourself. Or even two. Up to two target players. Could of chosen cgb and shea instead
@@conker1847 even if they werent the fact remains that he should have not had enough life to cast his spells, at 43:41 you see that an endbringer was cast and when it entered cgb should have taken 1 from the fleshraker which would have put him at 4 not 5
It is so annoying how people do all this complaining about sol ring and fast mana. Yet in this game, it was the only player without a sol ring that won. Even CGB is being all dramatic about not having a sol ring in the start, yet he still win. You don't need a sol ring to play good and win. People should stop being NPCs and regurgitating all these tired old talking points. Just play!
I am going to have to press X to doubt they naturally drew 3 Sol ring on the first and second turn. The likelihood of a Sol Ring turn one is about 8.4%, its like watching a movie about poker and people are beating 4 aces with royal flushes. I haven't watch the other 113 episode but how often does Sol ring comes up. Admittedly, its roughly 1/3 that one of four players draws it but 3 players is insanely low.
Why you guys continue to wait for cgb to become a threat baffles me. Default should be: kill CGB! I mean that with respect to CGB, he's a powerful mage. 😇 Also, Shea has an arguement for the win here. Vault of champions wasn't played correctly. 🥴 But boy do I love watching. Thanks for the content!
This would be one of the best shows if blue didn't exaggerate his reactions and gestures so much. When he is a guest on other shows he acts normal and is much more enjoyable to watch.
Guys I have so missed your intros. You have such great characters and charisma between you all - I love hearing you tease each other with your worst possible! ☺️

The in person intros have been missed
I agree
I think we all agree. I used to watch intros, but lately have skipped them if they are too punny/prerecorded
Agreed
They’re so good, it’s what initially hooked me on the show
I miss the old intro song and title
Absolutely EPIC game!! Huge swings and no idea who was going to win. These are the games that make the format so much fun.

Thumbs up for the old style intro returning!
Love the comeback to the good intro format!

Also Kozilek says "up to two target players" so he absolutely could have just chosen CGB to manifest and nobody else.
Between the incredible deck building and the chemistry between the players, you guys are quickly becoming one of my favorite commander shows.
Vault of Champions should've come in trapped since Blake died before it got played. So, CGB didn't have enough mana to win unless I missed something. 😂
But nevertheless, great game!
He had so many lands in hand that could have been played at the end so I think it wouldn't really matter that much
@@joshualintag4994 That may very well be true should he have gotten a "taksies backsies" on the land.
His other two lands were a triome and a shock so he actually didn’t have the mana
Came here to say the same.
This game was one of the best on the channel imo. Stoked for the next one!😎
How long has it been since we last had a proper Shea hiss? Feels like a while.
This format for the show has been dearly missed please keep this. It feels much more organic.
CGB shouldn't have won this game. The Vault of champion comes in tapped since you killed blake before playing it.
Lol you're right. He would've been a mana short of activating the final time.

sheer power of a bolas' citadel

Haven't even started. I see that in person intros are back. Cannot wait :)
I didn't know how much I missed the in person deck intros until we got them again
Its great to see creators take feedback so well with the intros and hellkite. very fun episode but i guess the squad wanted to ruin Bens streak.
Going back on the truce 2 mins after it was made. Wow.
Get these bots out of this wholesome commander show!
At 50:00 they called him CoverGoBlue
sweet game! was it an advantage for cgb to start slowly?
“Is it a may”, it is not.
Sarcastic death stare to the camera. 💀💀💀😂
Breya deck is sweet. It plays a lot of cards that I haven't seen, especially from the later sets. Nice
One of the best all timers!!
Hooray for the old intro style! Feels like home.
only thing wrong i saw was at the end CGB played the vault of champ untapped after Blake died and he only had 1 opp left
Such a good episode. Great job:) !
what sleeves are being used in this video? the colors looks so good
this is the happiest i've ever been

I love mixing it up with guests, but I admit I have missed the pod being all together. (Didn't realize it until this episode)
At 24:11 when Blake played Kozilek and didn't want to manifest his own cards, he could have targeted Shay and CGB instead of himself.
Let’s go in person intros are back!
that moan was NASTY 😭😭😭😭😭
Poor Ben, but also, good sport to stick around for more than half of the video XD
Can anyone tell me the track that starts playing at 46:22
Generic edm track 69
Shouldn't Everflowing Chalice also have been destroyed after Hellkite attacked?
the intro was pure deliciousnesssss
poor Ben wanted to see more of that captain Kirk deck
I see K'rrik. I click.
Literally my favorite deck currently but my friends don’t let me play it bc they get super salty from I combo I win rn

The real threat was the Kozilek and Krrik was focused... Maybe Ben's mistake was playing Liliana's Contract for the wincon.
Love the show guys
Great episode!
Damn you did her dirty killing Kaalia after she made that deal with you
When do we get to see CGB play Minecraft with the rest of the crew
That was an awesome episode
CGB should show the beginning of the game to Rarran, so he see the power of Sol Ring
thot bots are back >_<

Is Rarran participated in this show?
CJB: "What's the worst thing I could do to you people?"
Me: "Spoil Game Knights live?"
Also, CGB is wearing a Godzilla shirt and the Kaiju Lord is Happy!
The 1!! In best of one :)
That moan tho!!! I watched it like 8 times 😂🤣😂
I do enjoy not seeing the actul cards that are worst but hearing aboiut the ultimate plan
I'd love if you add the die rolls I know some people may skip it- that's actually the most exciting part of the game for me😅
Whose First
I mean everyone is saying it but yeah please keep the shooting the shit intro, it absolutely rocks
Blake broke the agreement 😂
cgb messed up the assignment and made it a triple k pod
bolas citadel is an absolute house
The ulamog had indestructible it wouldn't have been wiped from that destroyed all non artifact board wipe

Doesn't GG cast commander on dealing damage? Kozilek is still alive then I think.

Exactly, he miss played the card, could have taken 2 cards from Shae hand and keep his, also he should have swing his commander to CGB
Who is this CoverGoBlue winner and what did they do to CovertGoBlue?! Why do this have his face?!
Guys, I think Bolas' Citadel is a good card.
CGB went into CGB mode after reaching the critical zone of 5 life and below. Within this zone it is just impossible to best him 😂
Nice match as ever!
Meatloaf shirt is the best here
Vault of Champions entered tapped because Shea was his only opponent
How did CGB tap his talismans for blue mana without taking a ping from each one?
Does he ever do that? Looks like he only ever tapped for generic mana or other abilities with the talismans.
46:04 when he says "blue, blue and blue"

incredible
woow
Not the happiest I've ever been, sorry guys but I'm always rooting for cbg
wow that was a shocking fight. plus for cgb to win with one life remaining is just epic. i love watching their fights bc they are so entertaining.

The only one without sol Ring wins, what a Bad Card.
yey~
Gotta get aroma memorial out, blocks almost all khalia decks as at times light on mono white and prot red black and flying in the least haha
Breya power, yo tengo uno en formato físico y es mi preferido eso si tiene cartas muy de combo.
