Factor 75 Meal Service: The Good, Bad, and Ugly 🫢

- I got a coupon in the mail from Factor 75 Meal Service. So let's check it out!
Full transparency: this video is not sponsored. It's my honest review of the company, I paid for all items myself, and I am not a repeat customer.
You sign up and pay before you pick the meals. Is that a red flag? I'm not sure, but I tried:

🍽️ Salsa Shredded Chicken Thighs
🍽️ Peanut Buddha Bowl
🍽️ Tomato & Romano Chicken
🍽️ Roasted Garlic Chicken
🍽️ Sour Cream & Chive Chicken
At about $14/meal, Factor 75 meal Service is not...not expensive. But spoiler alert: the meals are actually pretty darn good. However, I'm not sold on Factor. I made a complete pros & cons list, so stick with me until the end of the video to hear if Factor is a good option for you.

The reason they make you sign up before picking your meals is that what you’re technically signing up for is a weekly subscription, while what you’re picking your meals for is just your first box. (If you choose to keep the subscription active, you’d then go into your account each week and pick new meals for each upcoming delivery.) You can see their menus on the website before paying, but not everyone is aware of where to go to preview those.
Fun fact, In Poland, such services are super popular. The main difference is that they basically provide all meals per day starting from breakfast, ending with "evening snack" and that they're delivered daily at your door.
Tho pros and cons are exactly the same :D

Do not sign up for this because to cancel you have to send a registered letter to the Netherlands and it cost a lot to cancel.
Do you recall what the sodium level was for the meals?
i use this japanease msg coated salt and i end up using a lot less salt. protip if youre trying to cut down the salt

The meals are Pre-ciooked, so they last longer than if they were uncooked. 10 days in the fridge for them is fine, and they would probably hold up longer.
Also it says on the website you can Freeze them. There is nothing wrong with freezing food. The stuff you get in a lot of Restaurants say "FRESH" But the use IQF Ingredients.
