Don’t stay there in your childhood. Learn from it by being conscious of it and work at not repeating it. First forgive because that’s what comes before you can move forward. I myself had to overcome a lot of sad experiences as a child. Working together with a good counselor, or an understanding spouse or partner would help bring healing.

I had rough chilhood too,Dad, Grand parents showed so much love,My mom i couldnt figuer at al I left Hometown Joined Air Force found lots of good friends, had wonderful career,away from neggative peopple, it hurt to not be near the people i loved,i went home frequenly we sent letters freqently, dad would call weekly and my younger cousin he was also in air force ,differant base, he called one day to inform me we were brother,and sister,he`d found, his long last mom, i was thrilled but sad, his dad keppt us apart out of anger
