Nice trip. I remember back in the mid 80s, I went to Yellowstone in August, and it had record lows in the 30s. I would of never thought of going there in May. Thanks for putting video out there.
It may have been snowy and cold, but it had an eerie beauty to it. I was also at the mercy of everybody else's schedule, but I didn't mind at all. Thanks Ray.

Another great series!!! Thank you again! So I have a '12 V Strom 650 & I'm sure your newer bike has this amazing feature. A snowflake icon on the dash that illuminates when it's about 37 degrees. It's like "thanks Capt Obvious...I'm riding a motorcycle, I know it's cold!" Anyway...I can't wait to ride along on the next adventure!
Tim McG Yup, I’ve got the little yellow “it’s cold” light too. If you have a spare couple of hours and haven’t seen it yet...the Norway (North Cape) trip is probably my favorite ride of them all. A spectacular place!! Thanks Tim.
Great job on the video. I'm really enjoying your travels. I road the Bear Tooth last summer before last, and think I recognized those tunnels. I live in southeast Texas, and am familiar with dear crossing the road. Learned that if you see a deer cross up the road... hit the breaks hard. Almost always another one or more following. Have told several friends about you videos.... hope they're enjoying them ad much as me. Ride safely....

You're right about the crossings. Not sure if you noticed, on each one of those two clips where they ran across the road, there was one or two more running along the side of the road. Take another look if you didn't notice. I had my eye on them and I was prepared for them to dart across at any moment....luckily I saw them. I'll bet you have your share of them in Southeast Texas!! The first long tunnel was right at the end of the Buffalo Bill Reservoire not far before you get to Cody, Wyoming. The other 3 tunnels (I only show myself riding through the first of the three), were right as you would be leaving the Wind River Canyon (that ride was spectacular)!!! Thanks again Pierre. Long time since I was there. I love that area. We did it on the way to Banff and Jasper parks. 👍 Very cool. 17 days and 5,600 miles in July-August from Michigan and only 1 day it rained. What luck with weather. We road in jeans and t-shirt most of the time if over 80F. 😂 Strapped the Hein Gerieck jacket to the duffle bag

That scene is from the Yellowstone trip, but the opening scene shots for The Alaska videos and the Colorado and the Southwest videos look similar, but they are actually taken on a remote dirt road in the San Luis Valley in Colorado! Talk to ya later friend.
