- After getting a comment to check out Barbecue Nation while we were in India, we check to see if there was one in Bangalore and we found a location! We went through courses and courses of food, eating so much we could barely walk. The service was amazing and the price wasn't too high either! The video speaks for itself so make sure to watch the whole experience!

The Barbeque Nation brand franchise is a good place for Family group Dinners and birthdays. The staff all gather together to sing and dance and wish with a birthday song

To all the foreign travel vloggers travelling to India, please don't assume India to be very cheap. India has both cheap and good quality. Don't expect to get best quality in cheap prices. You get what you pay like everywhere else.
You mean cheap and expensive and not cheap and good quality. Things can be cheap and good quality. Cheap simply means low cost.
First, cheap does not means bad quality. I even had many street foods and I am big fan of that, but they were very hiegenic and really good quality.
Second, Even BBQ is cheap for them acc. to cost as USA has far more expensive restaurants. This is because it is easy to buy more things in less money in India in comparison to USA
They think we all live in huts, shop from dirty markets and shit on the streets. Thanks to BCC, NYT, CNN etc.
Barbecue Nation is definitely not the beat buffet in the world. 😂😂 Maybe the best "budget" buffet in the world. But even that is still debatable, especially in India.
True! This place was good 15, 16yrs back, when it opened initially. Not anymore.
@@ppm21 exactly the pastries are a joke these days in the chain. I visited after a long delay with a friend and we were both equally disappointed with the overall food. These days you are truly paying for experience not the food itself good place to go with GF/wife that too very rarely otherwise I could order from Eatclub while spending only half of what anyone would in Barbeque Nation
It's not even the best in Bangalore (or most metro cities). AB's is definitely better

And if I remember correctly, one of the founders left BBQ nation to start AB so it's modeled after BBQ nation. As for the experience, maybe it's just me but I definitely liked BBQ nation more than AB. AB was subpar.
Pro tip: Whenever you go to BBQ Nation anywhere eat fast and dont drink water or any other drinks ❤️❤️
Why eat fast ? Is there a time limit there ?
I skip starters that are normal, veg and drinks... And I don't go full hungry, if you go on staying hungry for too long you can't even eat the portion you regularly eat.
@@guruprabhu_39915 No our bodies are made that way that after a certain while we lose appetite. The main goal is to atleast taste all dishes. If we eat slow, we ll get full and miss out on dishes later to come

This much food will easily cost minimum of 200 $ in a western country.
First of all no indian restaurant in USA have these varieties in their buffet… all Indian buffets in usa have food which is not so fresh and less variety… that too costly..I really miss barbecue nation in USA..
That much would cost more than 12$ in here too if you go to regular restaurants.. Buffet restaurants are actually a good deal imo.. for a meal for me and my partner it would cost around 30 if you include alcohol that will go up in a little above average restaurants and we don't get to taste the variety of dishes but in a buffet like this it's worth it, though we can't eat so much.
@@spacetime4262 I live in Pittsburgh, I ate in Vegas during spring vacation where all buffets were round $35-$80 per person ...even in pittsburgh american buffets are around $30-$50...I was getting Indian buffets here at $12 before covid now due to inflation its around $17-$18...And as an India living in US, I never had quality Indian buffet like Barbeque Nation which i used to have back home... Chinese buffets in USA are cheaper but worse...Which city do you live in?

The American buffets costs around 10- 20 $. So good price compared to the Indian ones
Happy to see you both trying Indian buffets..!! But I would suggest, it is always best to know the name and main ingredients in the food you are eating. Just ask representatives if you are interested to know. Also, near all the main courses, the name of the dish is already mentioned. You can ask the restaurant representative if you wish to know more. After all, its the memory you take back with you from India, and you would definitely wish to know and remember what you ate and what you liked the most 😊!! All the best for future vlogs.

Try v v puram food street in bangalore, you can explore all the authentic local cuisine with a lot of shops serving a huge variety of food.. The food street is very very famous and a must visit...
I remember my family lost trying to find a restraunt to eat. We went to B.N. Didn't knew anything about their system. Dad asked for menu, the manager said it's a buffet and told us fixed rate for each person. Dad was shocked by the pricing, mom started telling to leave but my dad stayed cuz it's embarrassing._. So we started eating. Dishes came and kept coming we were nearly full when the manager walking by asks us when we were goin to start main course. We were : wtf u mean MAIN COURSE? Finally we had to eat for the amount of money we paid. Till today that's the most I have eaten

Don't worry guys it's the same feeling after you come out or barbecue nation it means you made it worth your money ..
The first item that you had was Cajun spiced potatoes, typically made with small potatoes with skin left on. They're delicious. Bbq nation prices vary with the time of day. Usually in mornings or evenings you can get cheaper price for veg or non veg buffet but since you visited at night, it must be pretty busy and hence 900rs per person. It's cheap/pricey but it all depends on who you talk to. For me, it's reasonable to go maybe once a month with friends and having a good time. One major problem with buffet is that appetizers usually are served in bulk so there's not a lot of appetite left when it comes to main course lol
Haven’t been to India since Covid started, watching you eat some of my favorite food in Mlore and Blore.

5:15 that's pani puri, The famous kinda snack, fast food, it's a basically masala water ( contains lots of Indian spices good for stomach) and puri is basic lite crunchy balls of flour sometimes it made of semolina.

Well there's a lot of food, even I get confuse what to eat and what not😂but there are lots of main course to eat! You should have tried them,but ik after eating so many starters,it's impossible to eat main course😅 but i m happy that y'all tried almost everything and liked it✨
Tip- If you wanna enjoy unlimited food,then you have to stay hungry from morning and when you go to barbeque nation, there you go eat as much as you can😂😅

The first thing with yellow sauce you are were kajun spiced potatoes. Potatoes with skin fried with spices and on top that was Cajun sauce, a Indian style sauce

But why when you're eating the shrimp at the buffet, I heard BTS Butter in the background and got super happy 🥰 Then the song that came on after, if I'm not mistaken on the song, it reminded me of the fancams of BTS when they were doing the New Years Rockin Eve in NY as they wait for their turn to perform. By the way, that's so much food you guys had! I do like the fact that you're both willing to try different foods. I'm waiting on the day you try balut. :)

Paneer was famous in india and it was also called as home made butter

Barbeque Nation is a very good place to have food and fun... If you say you have a birthday then they'll sing you a song with clap and will bring you a free cake (as per my experience I dont know if they charge a cake). They even dance on Indian song on particular days for entertainment.. The staff there are very kind and humble....
