Yeah I am using a fermenting silo, cost about $25k. Its currently full of silage (i'm using a small one). Might upgrade it to large at some point, but so far I am not doing much silage, its mostly going to be used for animals when I get cows. All of my grass at this point is for my sheep.
So one element you could do for a multiplayer verse or coop is have a random price calendar. Either at the start of a season or at the start of every month use a randomizer the decide if prices are easy, normal, hard.
Similar to the end of this video, it would be great after harvest of the big fields to see if you have the space at the existing field boundaries to expand further in any direction as the wood can fuel the furniture production, or become quick cash for equipment upgrades. While not the "sexy" work, clearing wood means cash for new tools, more land to farm, and constant map evolution which keeps things growing and expanding constantly. I'd suggest selling one drill and a pairing bar, and bringing one drill to the yard side for future work (and recouping some money as not both of you need to drill the fields together, and one can roll etc for efficiency).
you should roll the grass with a roller from the grass care category so you get an easy fertilization stage! great vid as always! really loving the co-op!
I might be wrong, but I do not believe grass rolling adds fertilizer when using Precision Farming. However, you can mulch the grass after cutting and get (i.e., advance) one month of growth cycle in exchange.
@@charlesvasut2711 PF needs fertilizer and lime after every chop. I always knew you could mulch, but wasnt aware it gives 1 growth cycle. I will be mulching my grass field next time I cut it (which will be its first cut).
Yes, fertilizer (and lime) are still needed on grass fields when using Precision Farming, but I do not believe that rolling the grass provides the fertilizer.
@@charlesvasut2711 Yeah it doesnt. The only thing the elevates nitrogen with PF on is direct drilling seed only over oilseed radish (pretty sure, cant remember the last time I done that), and spreading liquid or granular fertilizer. Max score means you need to direct drill, cultivating then drilling tanks your score.
i would push hard for a Tree lopping episode, even if off camera and have it as a quick lime-lapse EXTRA or SHORTS video if worried about viewer content. i say this because that's better then trying to harvest fields with your current size combine.
man I hope they revamp lighting and graphics a bit for fs25, as well as add more quality of life improvements form mods and make the game a bit more interesting with difficulty, I am new in FSimulator my first one is fs22, already clocked 800hours xD freaking loving it.
He repaired it last episode, its the loader on the front of it that is not repaired and he said he doesn't repair it because it doesn't effect it in-game
After watching Chainsaws video, I noticed that you didnt lime the grass field. PF needs all fields including grass to have lime applied every cut/harvest to keep the PH level perfect and thus not tank your Enviro Score and keep full yield. I think you are loosing at least 10% yield from not re applying lime (might be wrong on the percentage).
Fermenting silos are reasonably priced and work quicker than bales when it comes to converting grass into silage.

I feel like a priority list needs to be established between you two. A lack of communication seems prevalent
start saving for a combine!
I think it would be really cool to have a feild on top of the rocks by the greenhouses, Would take work but would be gorgeous farm land!

You should build a farm house in the top area you guys cleared the trees ❤❤

You need to buy the Quick baker that doesn’t require you to stop , round bales, and wraps the bales if you want silage!
The unrealistic one is amazing
Vicon Fastbale?

@daggerwin any chance of sorting you survival playlists so it's easier to binge watch. Keep up the good work 🤘
Day#27 of asking if you can please update your playlists ❤
At this point, you have to realize he's not gonna do it, right?

you should have got the 'grandma's spinnery' production because you can make clothes straight from wool and it only costs 5000
basically cheating
@@iverhorghagen8270 it's not cheating its just a nice low cost use for the wool to make more money

This was once my favorite map. Then the "upgrade" came and put random oats and sorghum everywhere. I just don't understand why.
Ya it’s why I decided not to play this map.
You should continue the grassfield in the new area untill you buy the next plot of land
Dagger i loves this series
The tractor you were driving is about to die thru lack of repairs.

There is an instant ferment mod on the modhub lets you sell as soon as you wrap.
Great video daggerwin love the series
I would buy that baler you want to go for because I can only do silage bales and not grass bales for the sheep
They should really do it in KG.
You should install the spawn point pusher mod. I don't remember what it's called.
Organize your videos into playlists as you go PLEASE with so many playthroughs
My favorite series!
You should do a live stream on Edgewater.
anyone remember field 5 in fs17, it was so big you wouldn't want to bale it
Awesome
Maintain your equipment? :D
3500*20=70,000 silage!
What map is this on?
Can you PLEASE update your playlist
