as a person whos played the original back in the day it really was a pretty fun hack and slash game in general tho a bit dated by todays standards one could imagine. i do look forward to trying this version out to see what its like since its currently on sale as of the writing of this comment tho hearing its more pc and censored some does have me concerned tho does sound its not to over whelming overall
Hey buddy, there's no censorship if you play the original mode; it's just repop mode that's censored. Definitely worth picking up, and thanks for checking out my review :)

@@l-isreal5972 Yeh only repop mode has the censorship mate, it replaces the blood and gore with rainbows and particle animations. Normal mode is the same as the ps3 :)
I don't really care much about reviews/ratings about games, movies, etc., but then I saw Ign (& other "modern game journalists") refused to review this game (repop version) with one of the lamest excuses. On the other hand, ign did give "some" games/movies/series😶 high ratings even though most people hated them.
I only found out about the IGN thing after I posted the review, but yeh it's crazy. I'm not with the woke audience, and just want politics out of games. Thanks for checking out the review buddy.
Honestly the low tier and high tier reviews of games I tend to avoid. I usually read the 3 star reviews to see a pro vs con perspective. (Never read IGN)
Loool bro has been soured by the modern push for video games to have inclusive leads at the expense of everything else. Well my friend, this game was before everything went woke, it's very old school in its sensibilities and is not woke in the slightest. They designed Juliette to be hot, and kind of a space case, but with a good heart. The writing it great and the atmosphere is peak. All hail suda 51!! Great review btw, I'll be picking this remaster up due to your coverage. I still have the original on ps3 but this looks worthwhile
This is a guilty pleasure movie as it's such an anime game you don't want the family to see you play

It is good they still release great games. I’m playing Nier automata now. Very appealing
Nier Automata was a joy to play, highly recommend picking up Nier Replicant when you're finished :)
