2 I want to add a stand alone 12v system to run automotive parts off the shelf . lights lots of lights inner & outer, with what I call god light to deal with drivers who neglect to drop their high beamsin a timely manner, air horn for road use, heating & cooling systems. I figure a hair dryer for heating not sure for cooling.

This is great and also you are empowering others to learn, every man can do the same, this is what i like about vehicles and electronics, i've learned to repair pc's on my own, as well for building e-bikes, and 3 days ago i have my first mobility scooter.
It's a 3 wheeler, worked fine, had no batteries.
I tested a 24volt battery and it worked great, but the battery was weak, im going to need a other controller and do some more mods.
I actually wanna see if i can make a AWD mobility scooter with brakes on it to perform stunts with, and also use it after my knee surgery.

    • @Ridingreviews
      @Ridingreviews  4 місяці тому

That sounds cool. The best way of learning is to use your hands and just get on with it. The battery is usually the worst bit as it is the most expensive

@@Ridingreviews True, but i happen to have a neighbour who's a expert in this, i haven't built a battery pack, and as first i'm going to run a 1000w 36v controller as i have a lot of 36v packs and after that i'll see what i will do more, first its understanding how it all works and upgrade from there.

I need help with the following issues. 1 I plan to add 3 or more sets of batteries to offer longer range & from what you said in video faster speeds could be gained by kicking in a second of these battery set when needed to reach roadway speeds & only use a standard set for lower & indoors users . So I need a wiring diagram to hook up & control these features. please

Experience 100% I can do so much more than most of the people I know who have qualifications including mechanics I have helped with motorcycles who lack quality and development nowadays due to our poor system missing out on potential geniuses. My story was I was misdiagnosed and had ADHD and autism so I missed out on achieving good grades in school now I’m just another person in the shadows doing things like this without recognition.
I believe we are all born to do a job but we live in a world where you pick the job from a list and do it regardless of your ability because on paper your “qualified” motivated by the education system to achieve a well paid job and not because you are a skilled craftsmen like it was back in the day

Hello. I am looking for a more powerful motor for my old GoGo scooter that will bolt on to the original transaxle. I upgraded the batteries, adding two 12-volt 12-amp batteries in parallel with the original two, this yielded a lot of added torque, but very little speed gain. I am getting two 17mm hub adapters so i can install larger wheels for added speed. But upgrading the motor will likely give me a lot more speed gain. I can handle the electronic changes for a higher amperage motor, brush o brushless, but i haven't found a motor that will replace mine without going to a clutch and chain axle or replacing the whole transaxle. can you help? Thanks.

3 When this idea first came to I was watch video on trailor build ideas & methods And it came to me as an ex long haul commercial driver who learned to live out of a trucks sleeper. That by using this cart in cart design it could be possible ( even if very micro ) to by properly designing & building these carts I could potentially provide sleeping space for 1 person. I see this being possible by cutting & re configuring what will be the rear of the 1rst carts foot or narrow end to also have a working tail gate design hinging from top & or bottom I could leave the cart just barely inter lockef to form the baskets into a sleep area. Thus what I've named a hobo RV was born. ( possible very transient homeless shelter that could be used for instant bedroom at night with under shelf storage or other use able space.

I ask because at the moment my scooter is mostly just for fun and grocery runs @ the big stores but it is only a matter of time till it will be all they will let my crippled half blind but drive which is a far cry from The large commercial trucks that I made my Living in. so any thing I can do to get a bit more speed & range out of it I'm all for it. I have been as You put it gathering many odd bits to build a body for it to protect from nature & be safer with all lights, horn & other comforts. just bought a vehycle bucket high back seat to replace the stock 1 because it gives better support . well I will be watching be safe

Great Job Bro. Well, I’m not sure if I got that. But from a few months I’m trying to higher the speed of my Mobility TGA Vita. I already know those original controllers I cannot do anything. So, I bought a speed controller of 36v 1000W but I’ll exchange for a 48v 1000W.
    I have a question.
If I connect the third battery to total Volts of 36v and I connect this controller that I have at the moment, it going to be a bit faster or not?
You are the expert so if you tell me yes would works.
I’ll exchange the 36v for 48v like you did.
But this speed controller of 48v 1000w it’s enough.
Or I would need higher speed controller like 48v 2000W?
    I have 2 x 12v 75 amp on the scooter and 2 x 12v 50amp Extras
It’s all I have home right now.

so I'm back again to re watch this video for I think my 3rd go. Anyway since My last message I have been blessed to have bought a $5,000.00 Afikim C4 for only $100.00 great x mass I also added a micro 3 wheeler so I now find myself in possession of 3 scootz. with a grand total out of pocket to buy all $460.00 so yes I must have been a right good bobby last year. As I may or may not have mentioned in my last post. these will soon become my only independent form of transit. So I've been working to build a add on rear box so I can still get all the way across town & back & at a safe speed so as to not be run over in traffic . So as you offered to give help, what I want to do is add a set of full sized grocery cart to the rear of my scooter The C4 by turning them back to the back of the scoot using the rear hitch as my attachments point. So I need the following . 1 I want to add several extra sets of batteries onto the lower shelf of the 2nd cart which encloses the 1rst cart when on road. this is needed so that when I get to stores I can remove the 2nd or outer cart & park it at the service desk while I shop with the 1rst or inner cart that is open topped for easy of loading & removed any worries on the merchants part that I might try to steal with the closed 2nd outer box. The outer box will have bicycle wheels & tires to carry most if not all of the added weights.
