Why are u scraping the camera and scraping off the glass. Also why are you giving you customer a scratched screen??
The customer only wanted to change back glass instead of whole restoration so he saves money
For whole back part it will cost around 400$ and for back glass it will cost only 55$ and to change back glass you have to scrap it out.
And he is not scraping camera just the outer cover of camera he already took out camera watch video properly before commenting

Would it be easier to just replace the housing of the iPhone instead of replacing the glass. I have apple care plus on mine to be prepared just in case
@@richard5981 Well apple only provides to options when you have Apple Care+. Screen replacement (front screen) or whole unit replacement (other damages) so if you have the screen and camera cracked, its a whole unit repalcement.

I kinda got the feeling that towards the end of the repair, the technician started to rush to finish the job. The dust seal lifted on the bottom left of the screen, he didn't install all the screws in the battery plate that holds the battery connectors in place.

Nope, for any apple certified repair all the used screws should be thrown away. OEM screens come with a pack of new screws to be used when reassembling
