If you guys are wondering why the ride looked pretty slow, they closed the roller coaster for around 2 years and now it's quite fast and enjoyable. I rode on the cylone 2 days ago and it was zooming. However, it's brother, the human usually has a longer queue and is much slower than cylon

Actually, human's ride is now faster. Its drop is steeper and can sometimes be faster than the Cylon. Doesn't have as much corkscrews and loops though
Human is actually faster than cylon. Human is about 80-90km/h while cylon is only about 60-70.
I think this was an older version of the rides cuz i just went there a month ago and im pretty sure it was waaay faster

No, for me cyclone is much more scary, comparitively at least, the rides get my heart pumping but I am not scared of them anymore.
But yeah, the drop on human is comparitively quiet tame to the loop in cyclone, its just that the scary part of each coasters come at different points in the duel.

I tried this ride last year and i think i left half of my soul there. I'm telling y'all that ride is way faster than you thought.
Yeah, Human is easy after the first drop but cyclone is just fking scary, espicially the last inversion, it' a zero g roll and I got scared when I started sliding off the seat a bit during the roll

I drove the Cylon and Human both 1 time each....it's a must try for everyone who visit the Universal Studios in Singapore.... initially you may be frightened, but trust me you won't regret..Just go for it...You can literally feel your heart becoming light and collapsing when you go down from a great height that too at a very fast speed....That's awesome 🔥
The speed is not important. What's important is the varying G forces

Take the last row for the maximum G force.

So its 2021 right now, went to Universal Studios Singapore again, this time Cylon was closed for maintenance, but Human, GOD DAMN, they improved it SO MUCH! Like both of them were closed for the whole of 2020. The first drop in Human is MUCH intense, you get the feeling of weightlessness due to the free fall, and they of course made the ride MUCH faster. Everyone should try it out again!

I went to universal studios Singapore today and rode the cyclon 9times and the human 3 times. The cyclon was super fun, and the human I guess was very plain compared to the cyclon. I watched this video to show my mom my favorite ride from universal studios, (she just dropped me off there with my friends and my brother), so thanks for the high quality perspective video. But when I went there today, they started banning go pros and cameras because they were being dropped... Oh well!

Oh my...I'm at a loss of words to describe the Cylon ride. I just went on it a few hours ago and that was my first experience with any roller coaster. Luckily I had my elder sister accompanying me; I grabbed her hand so hard throughout the entire ride.

Now I am okay and went just a few months back on the rollercoaster, it was so cool going on it again after around 6 years

@@Sharonrobloxgaming Are you a time traveller? Did you come from 2014? Maybe you need to update yourself. It is 2023 and Cylon is definitely not closing. The only thing that was closed was the Madagascar boat ride. It is getting replaced with a minions ride. Which will be similar to the transformers ride.

I hate rollercoasters but the human is the first real coaster I genuinely enjoyed.
It’s far, far faster than it looks in this video. That rush up the hill followed by the first drop made my stomach leap into my throat, so that’s by far the worst part, but it quickly becomes super fun and even had me laughing and cheering. Definitely worth the sometimes 2 hour wait.
I'm 11 and I rode both! They were the scariest roller coasters in SINGAPORE! Now I go there almost Everyday!

For those who are thinking why Human is that slow, I recommend you go and try it again! I just went to try out Human with my friend last weekend, yes it was my first time and I definitely did not expect it to go that fast, well at least faster than what it seems in this video :)
For those going to tour in Singapore:
1. Have fun!!! N welcome!!
2. If u want a big drop u can go to human and human is faster
3. For loops go to cylon but it’s a little slower than human
4. Also try mummy!
I took the Cylon in may 2018. I think it is much faster and more scary than Human. I only dare to take the Cylon once but I took 2 rides on the Human.
remember to try mummy at night time. The atmosphere is way better as there is no one not even one person in the middle of the queue (I rush through the queue because i am scared of the theming and it is too cool) .
Yup I Enjoyed the mummy one and human, because i love fast roller coaster than loopy and flippy coaster

I think it's a good concept making a dueling coaster like this. This way kids can go for the more intense ride while parents can choose the more timid one. In my opinion it's better than having parents waiting on a bench until their kids are back.

Damn everytime I watch you go upside down even though I'm not there I feel like my heart just stops! I dont dare to rude these kinds of rollarcoasters...
The Cylon is definitely my favourite; the speed was so great that my entire body was petrified by the force.

both rides are scary cause cylon has inversions and human is faster and the pressure of the wind is quite strong BUT I LOVED BOTH OF THEM SO MUCH, a little warning to those who get motion sickness easily though, i recommend riding each ride twice or thrice only because i got quite dizzy afterwards. And i love the feeling in the stomach on the drops HAHA it thrills me and the cool mist :)))))

Just rode Human today on 6th row, honestly, it was faster and more forceful than I thought. There was floater airtime and I remember getting pushed into my seat in every turn or every time it hits the ground. This is my favorite roller coaster so far.😊

Rode these 2 on the second. No matter how many times I went on the human (3 times), that first drop still kills me 😅. Cyclon to me was more exillarating with the twists and turns and loops. Both are great experiences though. Couldn’t get enough of them
I rode it just this week. I've taken both Human (Red) & Cylon (Blue) before, before the ride being closed coz seats flying off on the 4 seaters config. Now that it's 2 seater, i find the accelerations & inversions much faster indeed! This is from my personal experience riding both configurations. My view is start with Human (Red) then Cylon (Blue) 1-3 times. :) Have FUN Adrenalin Junkies! :D
I tried this and it was SUPER fun. The first drop was the best. It feels like free falling. You guys should try this. I only tried the Human ride. I might try Cylon next time.
Was at the Universal Studios in Singapore this May and loved both the major roller coasters. The one where the seat revolves and the normal one. The Transformers, Shrek (4D), the revenge of the mummy and Water World were awesome too and some of the major attractions at the Universal Studios. Loved the experience.
I was shock at mummy roller coaster, it was faster than Human & Cylon😢
Got front row in both of these and it was amazing! Once u play cylon, human is almost like childs play
the human sucked for me the drop was too much for me to handle it makes my stomach have this wierd feeling which i hate. but cylon was really fun rather than scary!

That stomach feeling is called airtime, and is completely natural and normal to experience this feeling on a roller coaster. It's also what us coaster enthusiasts crave on a coaster. :)
I almost fainted when I rode the Cylon one
Damien Kent Normal but some people feel it stronger than others like I. It's a terribly strong feeling it feels like someone sucks your intestines and squeezes them... I hate it so much. It feels like like I can't breath.. I would love to go to a roller coaster which would go fast but without big annoying drops.
Took a ride on this on a Saturday, queued for 2-3 hours just to ride a 1 minute ride. #weekends

I live in Singapore and i can tell you the ride is SUUUUUPER TERRYFIYING and also a fact the Human one is alot more scarier than the cyclone for some reason.
2019 i visited Singapore and UNIVERSAL STUDIO is amazing you can’t imagine that much you can enjoy in this studio….
I hope i will go again to Singapore specially Universal studio…

when we finished riding human we immediately lined up for cylon but when we arrived at the station it was closed so we proceeded to ride the mummy and after it we came back to it and it was open. so we were at the line, we were the next ones to ride after them and it was STUCKED! good thing it wasn't through the inversions. I was adviced not to go anymore because a week before it got stucked for 30 minutes too

you're proud, when i was at the front of the gate of the ride, i saw like 2 6year old girl with their almost 60 grandmother.. and she told me and my sister "just stay calm and relax~~'
I went on this yesterday . So much freaking fun ! I recommend going at night when there is no queue and I 100% recommend you go for this ride
The lines for the rides are SO long... I had to wait like an hour on a weekday to ride Cyclon! But it was worth it 👍

I went on Cylon twice... Let's just say... I had a bad time (thumbs up if you got the reference) and Human was still good, I became a ragdoll on the second Cylon and Human.
It has been so long since I’ve been on that ride. I miss it so much. It’s ever better after watching the show. I found it interesting how the human coaster always finds itself behind the Cylon coaster. Almost like the Humans are chasing the Cylons. It’s almost the opposite of the show. I do think it would have been so cool if the human one, rather then going up and dropping down like cylon one, shot out a tube like in the show.

They had to fix the track it will be open later.
They won't use the Transformers theme because there's already a Transformers 4D ride in Universal Studios Singapore. No theme park would name two different rides with the same name.

Nah, that's because many aren't able to relate the rides to the movie. They only acknowledge these 2 rides as the red and blue ones. I've read somewhere in the news.

Actually the red roller coaster dislodged during mantainnence at night and it happened the same time a mother and son flew out from the coaster in USA. Very few people know about it. USS singapore didnt release it to media of course but this is the actual reason.
If I'm not wrong they're gonna replace this roller coaster with a new one so basically they're taking this out.. I've never tried this before cause when I went USS in December it was already closed..
I ride Mummy ride twice..but I never ride these roller coasters during my 3 trips to USS. Should i tired red one? how would it feel?
Emma Aye Hi the red one is really fun and exciting! :) im a big coward for rollercoasters but the drops were basically the most scariest of the whole ride! it's quite similar to the mummy ride so give it a try! :0

Mummy isn't scary I rode it 15 times with my friend in one single visit yesterday. As for the battle star galactica I think the red one is much tamer but the blue one is more fun I like the feel of the feet off the ground it is really exciting I can't stop shaking haha you should try both and when it's the third time it's no longer scary
@Emma Aye Human is definitely nice to ride on, no doubt there, its just the ride isnt as fast as cylon and except that one drop at the start, there is no surprise like an increase in speed or anything like that so basically waiting soo long in the queue for human will be a complete waste
I was just there 5 days ago with my friends, we went to the Cylon first before we went to the Human because all of us thought that the Cylon was the less scary than the Human. After that we realized the Cylon was actually scary than the Human. Both of them were amazing!!!

Cylon is grey now.. Just rode it today.. Twice! Fantastic and a great thrill of a ride! The legs dangling makes all a difference!
The human is a baby roller coaster compared to cylon. Like there are no inversions in it and it goes really slow what is the point of it.

+Alternativezz Yes, I had lots of fun on my trip to USS! :) The best ones for me were probably Battlestar Galactica (this rollercoaster in the vid), Revenge of the Mummy (which, when I went, surprisingly had a very short line! went twice), and the Transformers ride. Hope you have fun when you go there.

I've went to universal studio but i was still a kid ,so i missed these rides :) ,all i remembered was Elmo Space Chase
I loved this ride so much! i went here today, and also now the cylon track is grey-black... and cylon's lobby looks really REALLY Creepy

Cylon is awesome now that it’s Two seater it must feel a lot more awesome I only rode it after they changed to Two seaters
