Synthetic engine oil which is used by HD is from local engine oil manufacturing company which is based in Navi Mumbai. They should use motul 300v 15w50 or liquid moly 15w50 engine oil for this brand. It is a premium brand and they should use premium engine oil and not local one.

I have hunter which can do 80 without any buzz later buzz comes which irritates to hold high speed.. pls suggest best speed for x440 considering above points.. i need to plan for x440 buy.. TIA
Valve clearance check kiya? That has to be adjusted. Watchout for the ticking noise, Or you'll feel powerloss once engine is hot, too much vibration. Usually service ppl skip this.
