2020 Women's Royal Rumble Reactions from the Philippines

- Coming to you from Skinny Mike's Bar (soft re-opening) in Taguig City, a straightedge 'kabalyero' is here once again to give you the reactions of Filipino fans, the most underrated in all of professional wrestling fandom, this time to the 2020 Women's Royal Rumble match. While it was a solid Rumble, the fact that it was paired with undoubtedly one of the best men's Rumble bouts of all time hurt its impact for me.
There were some bright spots, especially NXT's Shayna Baszler and Bianca Belair. However, the fact that a big portion of fans (even at the bar) were not as engaged with many of the NXT ladies lowered the match's quality a bit. Maybe another year of development would make them even more over. Also, the fact that Sasha Banks (my pick), Nia Jax, Ruby Riott, Ember Moon, Billie Jay, Peyton Royce, and Mickie James were not in this one showed just how shallow the "main roster" division is. It's time to develop the rest of the female Superstars!
That said, I'm fine with Charlotte Flair winning. Stone Cold won a third one, the match when Kane dominated and it turned out fine. I'd rather wait and see how this one pans out. And I'm fine with Santina Marella entering this Rumble too. Women have entered the men's Rumble; why can't the other way around? Did it really harm anyone, to be honest?

Also, well, to be honest, pro wrestling in general in terms of modern mainstream presence (and impact) has become WAY less prominent. If it was a niche then, it's become so much more of a niche now.

1. Genuinely big ppv a lot of old time wrestles hang back stage to visit and watch
2. She could have got the call late Saturday or even very early Sunday .. she lives in Cali and flight to Huston is like 2 hrs max.. easy to get there for 5

If you watch the match again you can see it happen and Bianca freak out and check on her, but Beth tells her to keep going

WWE got a lot of women they can use but they only push a handful. Mostly the Four Horsewomen. They wasted a lot like literally they even got Tessa Blanchard in NXT sometime ago but they just use her just to job to Nia Jax and Carmella. They even wasted Asuka, Kairi Sane and Ember Moon on the Main Roster. At this point only the Four Horse Women always held championship gold. If you think Charlotte gets overpushed and overrated you're wrong because like I said they just push All four Horse women that's it only the four look legit in the main roster.
