With all the headaches that come with construction it sure is nice once it comes together and the project ends with sitting back and admiring the finish project.....👍
Ben, I really like that it’s so safe in the Mammoth area that you leave your keys in your vehicles, your house in not locked and you don’t even need to wear seatbelts! That you for sharing the amazing lifestyle that you enjoy!
That's how you manager your employees, show up early before their shifts and check on their work, hell I'm a retired executive Chef, people talka good game when you interview them but when it time for them to fullfill their job description it's a diferent story, I told this one employee to go grab a bag of potato 😂😂 he came back with a bag of onions and he didn't know how to use a knife or how to dice onion, had to let him go on his first day, hmm! 2 hrs into his shift. supervising people is hard.
Ben, are these the shearplates on the job that cost you thousands of Dollars to fix this guy’s mistakes? Maybe I’m confusing the residential and the commercial jobs?
