I need to extract the aspect map but in 5 classes that the classes are P(flat), N, E, S, W. Why you didn't remove imperfections in the raster by using fill tool, I think imperfections need to be removed in the raster before doing any process, right? Please confirm.Thanks for informative video
There are multiple ways of doing this in ArcGIS, Here are two ways. 1. Spatial Analyst Tools > Extraction > Extraction by Mask 2. Data Management Tools > Raster > Raster Processing > Clip I am assuming you have a shapefile for your study area which will be used in both these methods to define the area you want to extract from the DEM.

In the countour portion you can change the feature for labelling to make it more correct.
