Guru Pashupati is a parampara Adhikari or the lineage holder of 6 immortal schools of Yoga from the Trilok Akhada in the Himalayas. I have the great honour of learning from him, one of these schools - Siddha Yoga.

Namaskar, Does this mean women shouldn’t do any sadhana- both hatha yoga or kriya yoga while on her periods? Pranayama isn’t taxing on the body, so what does Guru say about that? Kindly advise Pranam 🙏🏽
