I love watching the way you do this.... thanks for sharing... and I never have any intentions of owning a Suzuki much less a Cappuccino but it's cool to learn this.
Thanks Anthony! And that’s the goal with this stuff, hopefully even if it’s one little thing in the video, if people learn something, that’s the goal :)
Shoulda bought the speedyefi denso76 breakout card, so you didn't have to hack up the factory harness. You'd get a connector and you could just crimp and stuff the wires where they needed to go, and you could always go back to stock with just unplugging it when you're done.
Thats really cool! I didn't know they had those, personally I don't like the connector style it converts to, but it still would be a nice almost plug and play option, but with this car, and when I do my Cappuccino I have no intent on ever going back to a stock ECU that isn't handling the stock engine very well. But still nice to know the option :) Thank you for sharing :)
@@schwamotorsports7792 what are you going to do about the ignition system? When I was looking at the schematics to build a standalone for a friend of mine, it looked like the ignition coils were directly driven from the ECU with the ignitor built into the ecu.
I’m actually using an IGN-1A smart coil and some of the wires for the old O2 sensor and cat over temp sensor to run the extra wires back to the microsquirt for control :)
Not boring at all but really interesting, thanks for posting 👍
Thank you, I’m just self conscious, and I worry that this stuff is too technical for most, but I still want to teach people everything I can :)

I noticed, sweet minidisc deck in there. Gonna keep it?
Nick uses a Bluetooth speaker so he likes having that minidisc player in there :p
@@schwamotorsports7792 I have MD equipment, i can make you a disc with the initial D soundtrack on it, for the memes.
That would be AMAZING! Shoot me an email at SchwaMotorSports@icloud.com and figure out the rest of the details and get you some money!
hanks for posting

Oh and the cappuccino is just a single coil with a distributor, so that keeps that part simple :)
