If you are looking for amazing locations and properties, come to this channel. Are you a writer? Your imaginative descriptions are spot on and easy to visualize. 16:08 That looks like a TV show location. Amazing. "Essentially a masseria is a fortified farmhouse on an estate built around the 16th century. This large farm consists of a complex of buildings surrounded and protected by walls."
Thank you! Glad you like them. It’s really just what springs to mind, try to keep it all as natural as possible. It’s all shot in one take so it’s far from perfect but that’s how it feels more real and less planned
These masserias have a special charm. For sure a lot of investment is needed to bring this one (and most other) back. You mentioned the regiin support program, are there some details on it available? Also, are you limited to existing buildings in the masseria or can you potentially add some more if necessary?
Depends on the property, on this one you can’t add any more than what you see, but you could potentially get back 40% off of both the purchase price and the restoration of the property
there is another area you skipped with an upstairs balcony .. when you came out of the main house structure to the right there was an upstairs little balcony and down below the balcony. How do you get to that part or did you show it? I'm confused😅 plz let me know Ty .. such a wonderful place!!!
Stunning with so much potential ..deserves to be brought back to life.
Can’t agree more! And with the regional funds being giving out it’s the perfect time
Lovely place, can picture someone making it beautiful. I love your videos and explanations - thanks!
So happy you like them! I just say what comes to mind at the time!
Perfect place for a farm! I love it.

I like the Secret Garden❤
Hehehe maybe it’s not so much a secret anymore!
I like it that looks like something I would get
Lots of potential!
Can you please explain the money back option? Thank you.
