The blade shape is fantastic.
I pre ordered one. Love the innovation and seems like a much better implementation over other recent pivot locks. Seems to be strong as well so that's a huge benefit over a regular button lock. Definitely torture test it!
I find on my hedge hog when i squeeze down my pointer lans right on button as well

I absolutely love this design man! The lock system is so interesting. Kevin of Knife Nerdery has a fantastic breakdown. It’s a pretty cool knife overall though….but I do agree with you on the deployment methods. I much rather have 1 dialed in method, maybe 2.

I would like to see a torture run on this knife. I am interested in this guy, but like i said before, the kick starter just seems odd y, not just do a preorder. Either way, I'd like to see how tough it is as one of vosteeds big selling points is the tougness of this lock.

I'm not sure I'd be interested in this knife. I like innovation, but not if it is just for sales. If this design was an improvement on an aspect that needed improvement then sure but.... I'm glad to see that there's steel under the aluminum scales. I'm also skeptical of the use of magnets in any design as magnets loose thier strength with age. Not a big fan of torture testing, painful for me to watch. Good video. Thanks

Not sure if I like it or not. I do like the lock idea though. Seems fun to fidget with.

Hehe, I could sense how unenthused you were about this knife. But maybe appreciated it a little more after seeing the insides. Detent and lock strength should be a clear improvement over a standard plunge button lock, but not necessarily over their top-liner lock...
I'm not quite sure why it needs a magnet... but I'm sure it makes sense somehow....?
Definitely torture test this lock. Do the Ekko at the same time and see if this new lock performs better than a regular button lock. Be careful! 🤠
