How did you know to solder the TX and RX to the appropriate pins on the board? I am working on building my own dev boards, and would like to know the logic behind you soldering tx/rx to pins IO 9/21? What was it that guided that decision? If i didnt know what the corresponding pins were, how could i find out or come to that conclusion?
Speaking of awok they have been out of the v2 for almost a yr. Think they will be making more. My son wants a marauder v2 . But or the c3. Any ideas on where I can get him 1. He lives outta state so I’d love to surprise him with one
Dumb question for you good sir. Why were IO09 and IO21 chosen to connect the tx/rx of the gps? (this is going off your wiki for connecting gps to flipper wifi dev board).
If i was gonna add this to the dev board or this really kool lowprofile wifi board i love, would it work the same if I soldered the wires to the top of the jumper pins that plug into my flipper instead of having to map out those tiny spots on the esp32?
I've got IOT kits and tools for soddering stuff together - How do I add this to the standard wifi dev board? I haven't soddered with my IoT tools in ages
I have a question about the BLE Apple spam app. When I open mine up to test it only goes down to 100ms but I'm seeing a lot of people do it with as low as 20ms. Are they using a specific FW or what?

Flipper Zero starting to go beyond the original simple uses. In order for it to get more uses it needs to expand physically and have all the extra devices and software built in, cause otherwise we'll have all the gadgets hanging off it. IMHO this is
One thing to keep in mind is that this is a very crudely implemented gps addon. I know some makers who are in the process of creating more relevant solutions
those coords put me on a random island in the middle of the Bahamas... like if you there you in serious trouble lol. EDIT: OK I ran the second set and that looks like an interesting place. 37°33'50.2"N 116°51'04.4"W is the cooords. like a giant target or something. anyone know anything about this? sadly there is a big puddle called the alantic between me and the usa to go visit it. Edit 2: ok this looks like an old air force base. there are several bits in the surrounding area of interest. interesting rabbit hole to distract myself :) also by what i read its not accessible to the public so dont go there. here is a list or coordinates of things in the area of interest. 37°33'50.2"N 116°51'04.4"W 37.48781°N 116.22827°W 37.51303°N 116.24306°W (37.51107°N 116.25754°W) + (37.47446°N 116.25019°W) + (37.47963°N 116.25537°W) + (37.51284°N 116.25085°W) + (37.51704°N 116.2563°W) + (37.50663°N 116.25092°W) A 15m/50ft aligned grid (37.48853°N 116.21334°W) 3 rectangular profiled objects for want of a better term (37.51124°N 116.25214°W) (37.51183°N 116.25489°W) (37.51492°N 116.25388°W) possibly bunkers. what looks to me to be an old runway and buildings 37.525783, -116.196523 likely related to this runway and the test range next to it. 37.799798, -116.775147 Ok i have spent fair to long looking at this. better do something else before I'm put on a list... this is really close to "area 51" so likely an extension to it all. i would highly suggest not to go anywhere near all of this
You already know it’s gonna be a good night when Sasquach uploads.
Great video. You always got the best explanations and tutorials. 🙌🏼

Awesome! Can I get a link to this lit antenna ?
Any config required? After hardware was installed it states ‘no GPS module detected.’ Using Momentum firmware.
That clear soldering iron enclosure is awesome!

Love your videos, and despite what everybody tells me to do I'm never gonna give you up!

Can I attach other boards to the wifi dev board to make an all in one board?
Can you do a video adding GPS to Awok Dynamics Dual Touch ESP?

Where do you connect the Pringles can?
What was the PCB way setting for the color tinted flipper shell?
Can this be possible but with RYS8830 or atgm336h gps or nameless rs tiny gps? Thinking if its possible to fit it in a dev board pro? 🤔
What kind of antenna did you use here for this build?
Do u have the STL for the pinecil storage case ?🔥
That was purchased from the Pinecil store
@@TalkingSasquach thanks
Where can we find the diagrams ?
Nevada and the Bahamas. The VPN must be working….. 😂
Que marca son tus pinzas pela cables?
cords are some random place in nevada, and the bahamas
There's no insulation on that wire because it's not meant for that kind of application
Love the content.

300e in a flipper zero, when you can do exact same thing even more with a setup of 100e even lower with a raspberry pi, 2024 hackers from youtube lmao
I have an invention incorporating this, separate from the flipper. I’d like to show you. Do you have insta?
