    Hey Jamie.
    This is an off topic. But ive seen your videos related to elbowpain which have been very informative and I have a few questions that I hope you would answer.
    I have golfer's elbow, tennis elbow and pain where the triceps connects to my forearm in both my right and left arm.
    - When I use the massage stick should I force it on the trigger points where it hurts? (My skin goes red when I press hard)
    - Should I do 3 sets of 15 reps for all the exercises that you show in your videos because I have pain in different areas or would that overload the elbow even more?
