I recently switched from Adipower Ctrl. 3.2 to Head Speed Pro. Durability of the Head is much better and the Speed has more power but the Adipower is so much better in terms of control, weight distribution, bigger sweet spot, rough surface. Next racket, I will go back!
I recrntly switched from the Babolat Technical Viper 2022 to the NOX AT10 2022 18K and was a very pleasant surprise. I play most of the time at night so, it's colder and with the Babolat, I had to really crush the ball for the smashes and I left all the lobs very short. With the NOX, given that the foam is not as hard as the Babolat, I can get more spin so, even at colder temps most overheads get more spin. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the NOX.
Amazing to see an objective video regarding current premium rackets… so hard to find :) thank you so much for taking the time and hopefully you make one of these every year, perhaps immediately when they come out if possible 😅
I am looking at the Nox AT 10 18k Genius to be my next racket. Now the 2023 version is a little pricey in my opinion, compared to the 2022 version. Is there a big difference between the 2022-2023 versions?
Hey, I was wondering if the Metalbone team which has Fiberglas racketsurface therefore differs much from the normal version. I’m still looking for the power that the normal version offers but don’t want to break the bank!
Will you do another review video for the 2024 versions? Am particularly interested in how the 2024 AT10 compares to the 2023 one; would like a 2023 but they're out of stock everywhere.
Great video Sandy, there are a lot of videos with different rackets. But not a lot when we can se comparison between the brands. When I should buy a racket I'm usually not locked to a specific brand, so for me it's not so useful to know the difference between a control racket and a fast racket. It's more interesting to compare 3-5 round racket, with similar features and price.
I started with padel about 3 years ago and still play with the first racket I bought (Head Evo Delta 2022). I improved my game since then, being best in controlled lobs and steady play with little mistakes. I am not a real attacker though, while I can force mistakes. I don't think I have great power at nature, visible in my smashes. They are fine, but not killing. I have the impression that I am up to a new racket, better suiting my current skills. Is there something you can recommend to have a look at? Thanks in advance!
I play now with a Head Flash 2022, but I’ve outgrown it and need something better. Now I’m really doubting which one to buy. This is my shortlist: - Adidas RX Carbon - Adidas Adipower Control Team - Nox ML 10 Pro Cup Rough - Nox Luxery Titanium Exclusive The first three are round rackets and the last one teardrop. Someone any advice?

Thank you very much for this review. You also played with the Slazenger Panther Epic for a while. Which of these three rackets is most similar and where would you put the epic in this score list?
Hi awesome video! Quick question…how does the At10 18k 2023 compare to the 2022 AT10 12k? AT10 12k is my current Racket and I love it but Im planning on buying the 18k 2023…Also, I saw your cork racket reviews and would be good if you could do a review on their latest ones as there are not s lot of reviews on those rackets…thanks!
I recently upgraded from the 12k to 18k. The 18k surface is harder, that's pretty much it. FOR ME, that means volleys and smashes become easier, and lobs become more difficult. You need to generate more power (pretty much all of it) yourself, as you get very little help from the racket. It's also important to always follow through on your strokes, as the "trampoline" effect of a softer racket simply isn't there.
@@magnusmarkling awesome thanks for the reply! Actually that trampoline effect i get from my 12k AT10 is the thing I like the most about the AT10 12k and one of the most satisfying things I look in a Racket in general haha thanks!
@@magnusmarkling What is the trampoline effect? Do you recommend AT10 18K/12K or Tempo WPT 12K "all 2023" for intermediate players? does they all have good sweet spots?
@@amazoner0cks That's just my own way of expressing it. It refers to the ability of some rackets to give you extra power in your shots, more power than you put it. I don't personally like it and I try to avoid those rackets. I haven't played the Tempo WPT myself. As for AT10, you should probably start with the 12K unless you know that the harder 18K would suit you.
Hello thanks for the video! Did you also test the nox at10 12k genius 2023 ? Which are the diffenreces vs the nox at10 genius 18k 2023 ? I really love the at10 12k but if with the 18k i have the same control, agiliity and sweetspot with a more bit power, it would be perfect. Thanks
Such a good review, having 3 rackets to compare with makes you realize more clearly where they stand out and where they fleak Keep the good work mate, greets from ARG.

For the same reason I moved from a Vertex 03 to the Technical Veron (Carbon vs Carbonflex) and I noticed the same

I do love the at10. After much confusion this one was an easy keeper.

Hey sandy. Would you take the 3.3 hrs or the normal metalbone

Could you clarify which specific Adidas racket you used in this video. So the series of Metalbone rackets is very large.
This is the regular Metalbone 3.2 of 2023, not the Metalbone HRD 3.2.

The higher the number of carbon, the harder it is, so it will really depend on what you want as a player!
Head speed pro X have very bad control ?
