Darren was not quite 15 in this video. A previous video on the Wish Bus - Chandelier was the first Wish Bus video to go viral and was a big part of why it has become so successful. In Whole New World video I believe he was 18. He's now 21. Its off season, but one of the best videos to see his normal, relaxed singing voice now that he's older, is his Christmas video - Believe in Christmas - released in Nov 2020. He was able to maintain his high register through puberty but has rounded it out with a gorgeous lower register now. He released a few videos and performances from Calgary, Alberta, Canada where he stayed during the pandemic with his family. And that is where the Christmas video is filmed.
