একটি মিল ছিল এমন জায়গা যার ভাগীদার অনেক। সবাই একজন কে power of attorney দিয়েছে। সে এবার সেই মিলের জায়গা বিক্রি করছে। এমন জায়গা কেনা কি ঠিক হবে? অনেকেই কিনে ফেলেছেন। শুধু বলছে একটাই অসুবিধা যে জায়গা দেখিয়ে কোনো লোন পাওয়া যাবে না। দু এক জন বাড়ি ও বানাচ্ছে দেখলাম।

Sir, Title suit চলাকালীন যদি Diffendant মামলাটি পরিচালনা করার জন্য কোর্টে General Power of Attorney দাখিল করতে চায় তাহলে সেটা কি নোটারি করলেই চলে না Registry করতে হয়। একটু বললে ভালো হয়।

Promoter sathe landlord যে power of Attorney হয় সেখানে টাইম priod দেওয়া হয় সেখানে কি e revocable power of বলে মেশন করতে হয়। সেটা কি ভাবে করা হয় একটা ফরম্যাট প্লীজ যদি বলেন।
