I just downloaded this game a little under 24 hours ago. It seems like not a lot has changed. Still no auctions, or landmarks.

This app has been in development for a while and it seems the progression is slow. Hopefully it picks up soon.

Is there any benefit from walking like pokemon go?

By walking you can explore and find plots to buy. You can also explore and find diamonds, but driving would be a lot faster. Biking works to, and a little more healthy.
