I don't know of many people that purchase boots like these just to sit around the house, most buy them for clubbing and to get attention. I do know a few that would like it if the straps had locking buckles though.
Even if you just have these for wearing in your house, walking is needed as I don't see people taking these boots off EVERY TIME they need the bathroom or want something to eat or drink.
