You are missing the point. The point of showing a story like this is to make the viewers aware that incorrect use of social media can also result in a loss of livelihood, and even someone’s life.

False accusations will lead to a disaster and give him/her an emotional scar for the rest of his/her life. What that teenager did is completely unacceptable and illegal at the same time, accusing an innocent man who works as a delivery for stealing and what happened? He was fired from his job, and nobody listened to his side of the story. He made a statement on video that he wasn't stealing, and he's working to support his mother to pay for the medical bills. And that teenager said that it wasn't her intention? Who cares? The fact is that an innocent man died, and I have to say for the teenage girl: "You've dug your own grave, and now you lie in it, it's jail time for you"
In my country UAE, Article 396 of the UAE Federal-Decree law, stated that if anyone causing someone death the penalty is either life in prison or a Capital punishment, the accuser must pay a legal blood money to the victim's family
