theme is called Animals & People(ish) -- cars are based on animal names or stuff you can call people, like Baller, Jester, _Penetrator,_ Cheetah, etc. -- cant believe broughy forgot after my super high effort explainer video :(

It's kind of unfair to blame the NPC's for crashing into them. YOU are driving like a madman, they are just doing their everyday thing. 🤨😉
Scramble is a fun concept. And traffic at the Airportpart was absolute carnage. But I laughed most at the Quarry part, where Broughy an the other Drivers were just like aiming for each other :D like the awkard little waddle if you try to avoid someone on the sidewalk
Runfred 2 when?
Glad Broughy is sticking to the organic way of learning the lines. Takes the random fun out of the race if you're desperately trying to learn the best lines before they've even happened IMO.
You can glide a lot longer before pulling hte parachute, I've gotten to the island from chilliad and with the right angle you cna open the parachute quite late. I recommend practicing!

Am I the only one who imagines the G F R E D letters popping up after the corresponding checkpoint is collected Tony Hawk Pro Skater "S-K-A-T-E" style? Or is there a level of autism where you get sectioned
I would think that if you can descend Chiliad right down to the road and approached the Hail Mary from the other side there might be some rampable terrain to take off from. If I don't update this - I didn't find it.

I think among all the Scramble Routes, Airport Broughy Island is the hardest one to think.
I'm guessing the only reason you dislike the ability for ppl to see the different variations is because once it's known it all comes down to skill something you have proven time and time again that you just don't have a whole lot of 🤣🤣🤣

Gfred scramble naturally lends itself to Kamikazefred scramble. Also, the checkpoints only show on the map for the runners.
Including both the starting and finishing points, there are thirty possible individual segments that could appear in a Gfred scramble. Of those thirty, ten are already widely-known from either Gfred or derfG. At least some of the remaining twenty are going to be pretty straightforward, e.g. going from the starting point to the quarry just means skipping the lighthouse on the regular gfred route, going from the lighthouse to the airport just means skipping the quarry on the regular gfred route. So you're probably going to get about a little over a dozen new lines for a scramble hotlapper to memorize.

What about a Gfred where all the chekpoints are accessible at the same time, so you can do the routing you want, and have to find the fastest way for all CPs?
That sounds pretty cool. However my guess is guys like RBS just find the fastest route and dominate within no time 😂

You never finished about the new Elegy RH6 and theres nothing in the database
You should also make the finish island random so there's a 50% chance to finish on the starting island to make things even more interesting
The DERFG scramble should be a logical conclusion

Should add a checkpoint or two, to increase possibilities, Dam immediately comes to mind.
Maybe have next checkpoint display when you get to a checkpoint so you don't have to check the map.
about the first point then it wont be gfred scramble because you're not using gfred checkpoints
second point doable but with how gfred is set up on PH it requires special effort and inssomniak (main/only coder) is busy with IRL work

When you said there are 128 combinations for scrambled GFRED, did that include the DERFG?
128 combinations of different checkpoint sequences, not 128 different routes. All the combinations use the same like 20 or so routes.

This isn't gfred, it's Tfred (T for traffic)
Concept: make gfred scramble to make it harder for the same few people to win every gfred
Reality: made it harder for himself and people immediately start to look for optimal lines for every combination of possible routes because they have nothing better to do
Make a gfred scramble where every checkpoint you have to swap to a completely different car and it must be unique, chilliad allowed to drive to nearest road no unique vehicle then you running till you find one, be a bit hard to monitor it though I guess

Because there are no mountains in Florida so there won't be in gta 6 likely. Not having mountain's a big mistake i think

With the checkpoints being all over the place maybe you don't have to run to the highway
@@mikejefferys every possible 1st checkpoint (except Lighthouse) requires you to use the highway in some capacity, and since the island start will always be the same, the rule is kept in as well

You actually can't steal the Big Daddy Dump -- because the ped inside is invisible, the game is not sure who is getting hijacked so it doesn't try the animation to steal the car, similar "feature" as the JV90, rendering them both unstealable (and a fantastic troll vehicle hehe)
@@DiNmiTeyou can steal it if you find one parked (near the casino, for example)
Man, i just thought up an absolutely _sadistic_ theme for a Gfred Scramble: The Unholy Trinity. And just to be even more brutal, the checkpoint order is the one that guarantees the longest total time.
By just knowing that the lawnmower gets in serious trouble if it has to climb the slightest angle, my prediction is that your idea has the potential to turn into a RunFRED with extra steps 😁
