Mercedes W124 | How To Remove Steering Wheel

How to Remove and Install a Steering Wheel on a Mercedes E-Class W124. This procedure is mostly the same for all W124 models. Don't forget to disconnect the battery before starting for safety reasons and to prevent the airbag lamp from lighting up in the cluster.

Thank you! In my case it is a w203, the bolt very difficult to loose. I tied 2 times, did not make it and left the effort, because I don't know if keep trying maybe could destroy the bolt's head.

I have a 92 500SL is this the same procedure? Need to replace clockspring and may be the plate
